Coal resource is abundant and widely distributed in our country and accounts for about 12% of the world's proven reserves.In recent years,coal mining is more and more our iun country.Surrounding rock will happen deformation and mobile during duiring coal mining,and Structure of roadway stability will be destroyed if it hanppen Large deformation In the process of mining.And The stability of coal roadway is especially important for the safety of personnel and the mining production.So it is very important to research that strucyure of roadway deformation for excavation.In this paper,it base on the similar material test and deformation and ANSYS/LS-DYNA,and the research of the structure of roadway deformation rule under the action mining base on theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The results are as follows:First,the excavation roadway surrounding rock strss distribution rule is discussed based on similar material test and 3d numerical model.the result is that the maxium shear sress is mainly distributed in the botom of the roadway and at the top of rock mass during the effect of execavation,and the main strss is “the shape of bat ”that is in both sides of the roadway;and the horizonal displacement mainly occurs in the siding-walls and moving outwardl;and the vertical displacement occurs mainly at the top and bottom of the roadway surrounding rock and is moving to the center of roadway.Along with the excavation of the ongoing,displacement of the structure gradually tends to stable.Secondly,The influence of different buried depth,cross section form,surrounding rock layer and lining support on surrounding rock deformation of excavation roadway is studied.Through analysis of the stress distribution and the displacement state of the roadway under different working conditions:The phenomenon of the stress concentration and the displacement increases is obvious with the increase of buried depth;circular tunnels is superior to arched roadway in stress and deformation;Under a certain distribution of surrounding rock,the Elastic Modulus of surrounding rock has a great effect in stess and deformation.The stress and deformation of roadway are improved obviously under the influence of lining support.Last,Stress analysis was carried out on the tunnel lining bansed on 3d numerical model.In this paper,the stress of lining structure under different depth,section and different concrete strength is studied:the stress concentration of lining structure increases obvious with the increase of depth;The circular lining is superior to the arch lining in In the aspect of force;concretestrength has a certaion improving effect in the terms of lining structure terformation.but This phenomenon will gradually weakened with the increase of strength,so Deformation of concrete strength on the lining after there is a limit exceed limit effect is not obvious...
