Aluminum and aluminum industry have entered a new period of rapid development, and aluminum has more and more widespread application. Aluminum has been a part of the replacement of traditional steel products, and it has become the basic material of the industrial sector and the people in all aspects of life. In the aluminum production, the production of cold-rolling is the most important. Foil board shall be subject to the processing of cold-rolling, cold-rolling has significant impact on the quality of the finished product.In the process of cold-rolled of aluminium, working roll will have a flexibility deformation. This paper firstly study Kalman (T.Karman) units pressure differential equations of balance, then establish the rolling force mathematical model under working roll's flexible deformation. What's more, use ansys/ls-dyna on the implementation of cold-rolled aluminum strip finite element simulation analysis. In various conditions, the analysis about the metal flow and the rolling force changes can provide theoretical guidance of cold-rolled aluminum strip production.This paper introduced the cold-rolled aluminum strip at home and abroad on the current situation and development trends. Then introduce the elastic-plastic finite element's basic theory. Under working roll flexibility in considering deformation, the mathematical model of the rolling force is established successfully. This model is Kalman (T.Karman) units of the pressure balance differential equations further innovations. It used different formulas with the MD Stone Cold. MD Stone Cold is the assumption that compression plate, but the actual rolling is not absolute flat rolling. This paper rolling neet the assumption that the actual working conditions, the rolling force mathematical model has an important guide value in modern cold-rolling mill designing.In computer simulation analysis, the paper choose al1100h18 for the workpiece, the 1900 four mill is reversible cold rolling mill. Use ansys/ls-dyna on the implementation of cold-rolled aluminum strip finite element simulation analysis. For a better visual of this analysis, we make the whole model. Use of numerical simulation of the rolling process simulation is the rolling focus fields of laboratory research. With the development of computer launch large-scale computing software ansys/ls-dyna, it can solve numerical simulation about the finite element method and large-scale contact problem and multiple nonlinear problems. Considering working roll flexibility deformation and the situation under tension, rolling is more complex and has more units, and it has the existence of material non-linear. There is the complex plastic deformation in aluminium rolling process. In this paper, the appropriate interface rolling and assumptions, including the establishment of the work roll, support rollers, rolling, three-dimensional model of the appropriate loading and constraints, finally we had made a successful simulation. Through simulation analysis, in the process of rolling force the greatest spread of the pressure aluminum strip has an impact on reduction of roll, before and after the tension and the size of roller tracks. In addition, after rolling, there is given a reasonable explanation to shape some of the characteristics. Also the Aluminium stress and strain distribution changes were discussed. The simulation finite element simulation analysis can gain some of changes on the rolling. These changes have an important guiding significance in production.
