With the rapid development of the socialist construction,in recent years,some areas have seen the demand for construction stone in short supply.In 2014,President Xi put forward the concept of "green mountains",the construction of ecological civilization and the protection of natural resources.Heavy slag is a kind of high quality,cheap construction stone material,which can be used in construction and other works by mining and processing.Therefore,it is of great significance to recycle and reuse the dregs.Based on the structure and function of the ecological permeable brick,the design method and optimization of the heavy slag aggregate cement based water permeable brick are systematically studied.Here's the main study:This article relies on project "The research and application of all heavy slag aggregate cement based water permeable brick",takes advantage of characteristics like high porosity and high structure stability,the preparation and performance of the all heavy slag aggregate cement based water permeable brick are systematically studied,a enhancer for water permeable brick is proposed.Conducting the following research work:The chemical composition of heavy slag are CaO,SiO2 and Al2O3,with a content of over 92%.Results show that,compare with ordinary sandstone,the heavy slag has the characteristics of good volume stability,high water absorption rate,high porosity,high strength and good robustness.It can be used as aggregate substitute for natural sandstone to prepare water permeable brick;The volume method is used to design the all heavy slag aggregate cement based water permeable brick.Results show that the water retention is 0.7 g/cm2,wearability is 28 mm and freeze resistance is 16.0%,the 28d compressive strength is 27.4 MPa,splitting tensile strength is 3.76 MPa and permeable coefficient is 0.07 mm/s,mechanical properties and the permeable performance are unqualified;The influence of silica fume,water cement ratio,void ratio and gravel ratio on the performance of permeable brick are analyzed.The all heavy slag aggregate cement based water permeable brick has the best performance when the substitution rate of silica fume was 5.0%,water cement ratio was 0.23,void fraction was 13%and gravel volume ratio was 1:1.Permeable brick 28d compressive strength is 32.3 MPa,splitting tensile strength is 4.12 MPa,permeable coefficient(15?)is 0.13 mm/s,water retention is 0.7 g/cm2,wearability is 24 mm and freeze resistance is 14.6%.It can be used as a qualified building material;A kind of enhancer suitable for all heavy slag aggregate cement based water permeable brick is proposed.The results showed that the strength increased by 25.9%.In addition,under the condition of ensuring the same strength grade of heavy slag water permeable brick,10%of cement consumption can be saved,which has significant economic and environmental benefits.
