High-quality Water-Permeable Brick forming machine is an important equipment in the field of building materials.At present,there are still various problems such as low pressing accuracy,uneven vibration,and unstable quality of products.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a block forming machine that is stable,cost-effective,and capable of producing high-quality Water-Permeable Bricks.In order to improve the operation performance of the machine,this paper mainly focuses on the design of the compression molding section of the machine and the electrical control section,and finally completes the development of the molding machine.Firstly,this paper analyzes the production process of Water-Permeable Bricks and the requirements of the molding machine system,and the overall design of the machine is put forward.Then,the main hydraulic control system was designed based on the analysis of the forming process and structural movement.The design scheme of the pressing position control circuit and the return acceleration circuit was proposed.The AMESim software was used to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the electro-hydraulic proportional overflow and the speed regulating valve group and the pilot-operated proportional relief valve of key hydraulic components.A pressing and distributing hydraulic system model was established by the combining the AMESim software with the powder pressing load model.Simulation analysis shows that the positioning accuracy of the pressing head is high,and the rapidity and the stability are good.After that,by analyzing the working principle and structure of the vibration system,a four-axis anti-symmetric eccentric block circumferential inertial vibration scheme is proposed to eliminate the invalid horizontal excitation force.The static analysis of the main frame is analysed by using ANSYS Workbench,the strength and stiffness of the main frame are checked.Besides,through the modal analysis,it is found that the natural frequency of the first six orders of the main frame is less than the working vibration frequency.The simulation results verify the rationality of the structural design.Finally,the hardware and software of the electrical system are designed reasonable.By connecting to a touch screen,it is more convenient for people and computers to interact with each other.Through the installation and commissioning,it was verified that the molding machine has reached the expected design index.The application results show that the operation of the molding machine is reliable and stable,and the positioning error is less than 2 mm.Meanwhile,the molding machine has uniform working vibration and can produce high-quality bricks efficiently,which has good practicability.
