Drilling machining is the most common machining process in current machining and is widely used in various industries.However,with the current technology,we cannot avoid the occurrence of burrs in the drilling process.The existence of burrs on the workpiece will have a bad effect on the quality of the workpiece,and will reduce the surface accuracy and positional accuracy.For modern machining,the burr is nothing but harm.With the continuous development of science and technology,the rise of various emerging technologies such as aerospace technology,medical devices and other industries,which have high requirements for the accuracy of the devices.However,burrs have always been a chronic problem that restricts the accuracy of the workpiece.And the development of science and technology will be restricted if the problem of the burrs cannot be resolved.Therefore,the experts now are paying more and more attention to the problem of the burrs.This paper introduces the research results of burr suppression in China and abroad,and puts forward the research scheme of this subject according to the present situation.Based on the study of the mechanism and classification of burrs,a set of machining methods of clamp support to suppress cross hole burrs is proposed.The main contents and results of this paper are as follows(1)The effect of the cooling effect on the burr of the tangential feed direction is analyzed by the experiment to analyze the influence of the bit speed and feed on the burr of the tangential feed direction of the cross hole.At the same time,the Burr showed a certain regularity distribution by observing the cross Kondikonma Thorm,and the burr was mainly concentrated in the gentle area.(2)A fixture is designed to support the metal material around the bottom hole of the workpiece.The results show that the fixture has a good inhibitory effect on the production of Burr.At the same time,it is found that the faster the jig is,the faster the fixture wear,and the lower the inhibition effect when the wear reaches 0.2mm.(3)The vibration amplitude of the drilling process is also increased with the increase of the number and size of burr at the bottom of the hole.With the increase of rotational speed,the vibration amplitude becomes smaller when the bit drills through the specimen,and the number and size of burrs on the bottom of the hole decreases.Drilling process of clamping fixture the vibration amplitude of the specimen is smaller than that of the fixture when the bit drills through the specimen.When the jig wears,the vibration amplitude of the specimen is increased when the bit is drilled into the specimen,that is,the force of the bit increases when the drill is drilled into the specimen.
