Sliding plough is the main mining thin coal seam mining machinery,plow bit and cutting head is the job of the plough,planing tool installed in the plane head along the direction of working face in coal and rock planing,planer knives,direct contact with coal and rock structure parameters of the plow bit,installation parameters and load characteristics have important effects on the coal plough effect,study the actual load characteristic of the cutter and cutting head vibration characteristics has important significance for improving the structure of the plough parts.For planing tool load characteristics are studied,based on coal cutter broken theory at home and abroad,this paper analyses cutter with plane stress,plough plane cutting simulation and the present condition of the load test,surrounding the planing tool load and plane head vibration has carried out a number of studies:Cutter is studied with plane stress,the calculation formula was given and its dynamic model is studied,the dynamic equations of cutter and cutting head;Using MATLAB for image preprocessing and calculation of coal and rock by ABAQUS based on image recognition of coal and rock coal wall 3 d model reconstruction,the establishment of the 3 d model for heterogeneous provides a new thought and method,the reconfiguration simulation model to carry on the plane after the coal,the cutter contact force under different conditions,the results show that cutter contact force with the coal and rock hardness increases,as the plane increases with increasing of the depth,cutting speed of cutter contact force impact;Based on plough complete sets of testing equipment,research and planing tool load and plane head vibration test system,under different parameters of cutter in multiple plane head load and the vibration curve of the actual test,to get the cutter for three load test curve and plane head vibration acceleration curve,studies its in different coal and rock properties,dig deep and plane speed planing tool under the condition of load characteristics and vibration characteristics,and the software simulation of cutter contact force were analyzed,the conclusion,the test system developed for the load test,vibration test provides a new measurement method,the data for the design of the cutter and plough other components and optimization to provide data support;Under different parameters of cutter for load is studied,using wavelet analysis to decompose and reconstruct the load of high frequency and low frequency signals,at the same time analysis,frequency characteristics at that time,and to load wavelet denoising,fractal characteristics calculation,study the fractal characteristics,provides a new means for the research of planing tool load signal,research results show that the load is mainly concentrated in low frequency band,the mutation point clear,small amplitude,high frequency noise factors such as local interference,with the increase of coal and rock hardness,dig deep,produce the greater amount of pulverized coal,the more energy consumption.
