Mine external fire had been one of the key factors to seriously threaten the mine safety production due to its enormous devastation and destructive.However,the current study of mine fire are mostly limited to a single simple roadway or local area,so the thesis takes the whole mine system as a research object based on the complex mine ventilation system network,using the combination way of mine fire similar experiment and computer simulation to do scientific research on the diffusion process of high temperature smoke flow and the phenomenon of airflow disorder during mine fire period.Building the similar experimental platform of mine fire and automatic data acquisition module and combining with real-time storage program of kingview data,making experiment research on airflow reverse back of main wind path during the downcast airflow fire and airflow reversal of the lateral branch during upward airflow fire.Then writing the program with MATLAB software to deal with the measured data,what we can get are that air volume of main wind path and the side branch change with time under different fan capacities.The experimental results show that improve the ability of mine ventilator can effectively overcome airflow reverse back of main wind path and airflow reversal of the lateral branch during mine fire period.TF1M(3D)software was used to make simulation analysis of the mine fire with Shanjialin coal mine.The simulation results show:for the downcast airflow fire,it will still can cause the phenomenon of airflow disorder in some underground roadway during the complex mine ventilation network system even there is no airflow reverse back in the main wind path;worse still,the "circulation" or circulating wind will form in the local roadway;the high temperature smoke flow and fire pressure caused by the fire will cause the air density change and the airflow disorder in the roadway;For the complex mine ventilation network system,it will still cause the airflow disorder in the the downcast air fire if high temperature smoke flow does not flow to the corresponding position,and the results of simulation and experimental are basically consistent.In summary,the phenomenon of airflow disorder during mine fire period is very complicated.The above research results have important practical significance on the further research of the mine fire disaster and helping rescue workers to making better disaster rescue plan.
