Typical accidents of underground metal & nonmetal mines, the fire accident is easy to cause mass death and casualty, causing major workplace accidents.Analyzed the mine fire combustion type, the cause of the fire accident and its harm, and from the air flow state simulation and control technology of mine fire period air flow state is studied. In view of the situation of engineering examples, Yun-nan Wen-shan Bai-gu manganese ore mine, the geological, mining method, the ventilation system, underground transportation system and drainage system and so on are elaborated. External causes in the mine fire danger and harmful factors in the identification. Finding out the main security hidden danger existing in the downhole there are:Electric Gas Welding, cable, mechanical equipment etc.Using the fire dynamics simulation software FDS to simulate fire of the working face of ninth level and the Heading Face of thirteenth level. It is concluded that the location of fire source has great influence on the spread of smoke:When fire in working face of ninth level, Under the influence of fire pressure, appear air reversing, airflow reversal. When fire in Heading face of thirteenth level, Flue gas along the ventilation roadway spread to the working face finally out of the ground. After the fire, the wind speed is gradually increased by the fire, and the farther away from the fire source, the influence is smaller. The gas temperature can be a threat to the life and safety of the temperature, and with the distance from the fire source increases, the temperature gradually decreased. With the continuous spread of smoke, the smoke concentration in the tunnel is gradually increased, and the concentration of CO in the space is also increasing. The smoke concentration increases rapidly, and the shading rate increases, so that the visibility of the roadway decreases sharply in a short time.Respectively, set up the main incline shaft, vice inclined shaft for exit, and main incline shaft, vice inclined shaft, pithead of fourth leve adit, the pithead of east ventilation inclined shaft for exit.
