With the depression of coal market,as the highest annual output of coal in Fuxin,Wulong Mine has also appeared the problems of staff shortage and staff mobility frequently.Management staff as the leading force plays a key role in the enterprise,researching the coal mine management staff loyalty can increase the corporate cohesion,improve the corporate competitiveness,and have important practical significance to Wulong Mine coping with the coal market downturn.This study taking middle-level managers,team leader and technical staff of Wulong Mine,as the research object,combing the literatures at home and abroad related to loyalty,designing the management staff loyalty scale and the loyalty factor scale.In order to finding out the significant factors that influenced management staff loyalty,using SPSS20.0 softwares to analysis the questionnaire data.Variance analysis results showed that age,the development space and job worries have certain effects on the management staff loyalty of Wulong Mine;and the income level,the education level have no effect on it.Futher analysis found that income has no effect on loyalty lies in the use of wage income,and it was the part of the managers' income.Based on the results of the analysis,put forward three suggestions that Wulong mine should add mandatory salary transparency,strengthen the establishment of emotion,found the daily communication channel of enterprise leaders and management persons and so on.
