China is a traditional big country in the production and consumption of chemical products,and its production capacity has always been in the forefront of the world.With the successful completion of the 13 th five year plan,further improvement of social productivity and sustained high-quality economic development,the role of chemical industry is becoming more and more important.Under the new situation,there are still many weak links in the process of safety production in China's chemical enterprises: the lack of safety production awareness of employees,the untimely update of production equipment,the simplification of production mode,the high intensity of continuous operation,the imperfect safety production system,the unclear responsibility of supervision subject,the inadequate implementation of enterprise management and a series of problems are particularly prominent,which seriously delay the development of chemical industry.The industry continued to develop steadily.How to find out the potential factors affecting chemical safety production in time,further strengthen the management level of safety production,and effectively curb the occurrence of major production safety accidents,is a major issue that needs to be solved to do a good job in chemical safety production in China.Therefore,choosing TY Chemical Limited Company as the research object is helpful to grasp the safety production situation of fine chemical enterprises in the eastern coastal area from the macro level,and provide reference for similar chemical enterprises to scientifically prevent production safety accidents.This paper carries out specific research from the following five aspects: Firstly,by systematically combing the domestic and foreign literature on chemical safety,production safety influencing factors and production safety accidents,we can grasp the latest research trends in this field and find the research direction of this paper;Secondly,it explains the basic concept of safety production,expounds the basic principle of safety production management,and introduces binary logistic regression analysis;Furthermore,the data collection of the questionnaire was completed from the three aspects of design,implementation and inspection.According to the five groups of evaluation indicators of personnel,machinery,materials,methods and environment,the production status of TY Chemical Limited Company was described and counted;Then,based on the statistical results of the questionnaire,a binary logistic regression model was constructed.With the help of spss26.0 software,five groups of evaluation indexes were regressed one by one to verify the rationality of the relevant assumptions and determine the main factors affecting the safety production of TY Chemical Limited Company;Finally,according to the main influencing factors,combined with the basic principle of safety production management,the specific countermeasures to strengthen the safety production management of TY Chemical Limited Company.The results show that the main factors affecting safety production are publicity,supervision,input sustainability,waste disposal,protection measures,professional and technical level,humidity and spatial layout.The specific measures to improve the management level of work safety include innovating propaganda methods,enriching training contents,and improving the supervision ability of work safety Set up special funds and purchase production equipment;New incineration technology and rapid carbonation technology are adopted;Expand the emergency knowledge reserve,do a good job in personal safety protection and implement dynamic assessment of skills;Add new industrial dehumidifier,improve the rules and regulations and optimize the layout of the workshop.
