Due to their unique physical and chemical properties,carbon nanomaterials show good application prospects in mimicking enzyme catalysis.In this dissertation,we synthesized different surface functionalized carbon nanoparticles,and explored their surface structure and mimic horseradish peroxidase catalytic performance(including mimic enzyme catalytic ability,mimic enzyme anti-interference ability,mimic enzyme activity regulation and so on).The dissertation mainly includes the following four parts:The first chapter mainly summarized the discovery,development and current problems of nanozymes.At the same time,the research status and properties of carbon nanoparticles were described.Finally,we put forward the working goals of this dissertation.The second chapter mainly studied the preparation and structural characterization of cyclodextrin functionalized carbon nanoparticles and surface unfunctionalized carbon nanoparticles.The process of forming surface functionalized carbon nanoparticles with cyclodextrin was studied.The third chapter mainly studied the catalytic performance,catalytic mechanism and catalytic modulation of carbon nanozymes.We found that cyclodextrin functionalized carbon nanoparticles have better catalytic activity than surface unfunctionalized carbon nanoparticles,and that different cyclodextrin functionalized carbon nanoparticles have different catalytic properties.Compared to the previously reported nanozymes,cyclodextrin functionalized carbon nanoparticle mimic enzyme not only have good catalytic properties,but also have anti-interference ability to maintain a strong activity in a complex system.At the same time,light can be used to regulate its activity.From the definition of the enzyme,our cyclodextrin functionalized carbon nanoparticle mimic enzyme is closer to the natural enzyme.The fourth chapter is a summary of the work and the prospect for the future.
