Nowadays,with different degrees of fog and haze in most parts of the north of China,the treatment of environmental pollution is imminent.Thermal power plant emissions of nitrogen oxides is one of the important sources of the pollution,the selective removal of nitrogen oxide in catalytic reduction denitration technology(SCR)accounted for a large proportion,denitration system is a large delay,nonlinear and time-varying model,the traditional PID control effect is poor.Therefore,it is necessary to study the new ADRC applied to the SCR denitration system of thermal power plants,which can improve the efficiency of denitration,reduce the pollution of nitrogen oxides,enhance the economic benefits of thermal power plants,and achieve the purpose of environmental protection.An advanced intelligent control strategy,active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)algorithm,is proposed in this paper.First,in-depth study of the principle of ADRC,the three modules of ADRC structure: tracking differentiator(TD),extended state observer(ESO)and nonlinear state error feedback(NLSEF)discretization algorithm one by one in detail,and gives two specific anti self order system disturbance control algorithm.In view of the many parameters of the active disturbance rejection control and the complicated problem setting,the controller parameters are optimized from the separability principle and the PSO algorithm two parties.The superiority of the active disturbance rejection control algorithm is verified by simulation.Finally,based on the analysis of the principle and process flow of the denitration system,the ADRC algorithm is applied to control the mathematical model of a SCR denitration system of a power plant,and the PSO algorithm is used to optimize the controller parameters.Set in 58%,75% and 92% load three conditions of ADRC control strategy curve,anti disturbance capacity curve to curve,tracking robustness curve analysis on the Matlab simulation platform,and compared with the traditional PID control.The experimental simulation proves that ADRC algorithm is better than traditional PID control in both real-time and robustness.
