In the rolling production line of silicon steel,the strip deviation correction control system is a very important part.The stability and accuracy of this device can ensure the continuous production,so the research on the strip deviation control has important theoretical significance and practical application value.This paper takes a tandem rolling production line as the background;By analyzing the deviation of the strip,we summarized the reasons of the off-tracking phenomenon and the measures for strip deviation.Strip correction is commonly used as a rectification device as well as the electro-hydraulic servo control system is the most used one,and the effect result is also the best corrective measures.Firstly,the thesis analyzes and compares different types of correction control system in the middle section,which is divided into three types:proportional effect correction system,integral effect correction system,proportional integral effect correction system,Through the detailed analysis of three kinds of correction control system,the mathematical models of three kinds of correction system are obtained.Secondly,This paper focuses on how to improve the anti-disturbances and tracking accuracy of the system,and puts forward a series of double-loop control schemes which included PID and active disturbance rejection control algorithm(LADRC).The thesis presents three control schemes for each correction control system: double-loop PID,PID + ADRC and double-loop ADRC.These control schemes greatly improves the anti-interference ability of the system.Finally,the thesis analyzes the control performance of the each strip deviation correcting system under these three control schemes.The results show that the double-loop control scheme based on double PID,PID + ADRC and double ADRC has some effects on improving the tracking accuracy and anti-interference of the system.In contrast,double ADRCs and PID + ADRCs have better anti-interference ability performance than double PIDs.Double ADRC is superior to PID + ADRC in tracking accuracy and anti-interference ability.
