Technology is rapidly updated,the division of labor depth refinement,independent enterprises rely on their own strength to participate in market competition is facing more and more risks and constraints,the upstream and downstream enterprises to build supply chain consortium,and the use of integrated synergy to enhance the overall competitiveness are getting more and more business and academic attention.With the continuous updating of science and technology,supply chain enterprises are beginning to realize that their own forces are not only extremely limited but also have great risks.As a result,companies begin to pay attention to their own outside,including upstream and downstream business alliance.In recent years,the concept of supply chain has been rising and developing in all walks of life constantly.The internal enterprise begin to realize that the enterprise itself is in one or more supply chains.The synergetic and stable supply chain has more and more not neglected its own development power.Therefore,in recent years,as an important branch of openness to the outside world,synergy has also gained the attention of academia.First of all,this article briefly introduces the background and significance of the selected topics,as well as the status quo of domestic and international research on the synergies between supply chains and combs the research results.The paper summarizes the previous researches on the basic concepts of supply chain,the basic concepts of supply chain collaboration,the factors that affect supply chain collaboration and the evaluation methods of supply chain collaboration.Secondly,construct the evaluation index system of collaboration degree of supply chain.In this paper,a great deal of relevant literature that influences the synergistic effect of supply chain is brought together.Through the deep literature review,various possible factors affecting the synergistic degree are refined one by one.By comparing and analyzing the results of different literature,it is determined that various factors affect the supply chain the degree and degree of coordination,the final classification of product flow,information flow,relational flow and cash flow,and then select 20 indicators to construct the evaluation index system of supply chain coordination.Thirdly,build a supply chain collaboration evaluation model based on the game matterelement model.In this evaluation model,firstly,the game theory is used to evaluate the combination of the indicators,which means that the subjective weight obtained by the ordinal relation analysis method and the objective weight obtained by the coefficient of variation method are comprehensively weighted so that the weight not only can reflect the degree of subjective experience but also can reflect the objective facts.Afterwards,fuzzy matterelement method is used to build the evaluation model of supply chain collaboration.By building a fuzzy matter-element model of supply chain collaboration evaluation model,the final supply chain collaboration degree of each index is calculated.Use this as a basis for judging the degree of synergy in the supply chain.In the part of case analysis,four steel companies in Tangshan are selected by means of a typical survey,and their supply chains are deeply researched.After obtaining the basic data,this paper uses the model to evaluate the supply chain synergies of the four iron and steel enterprises,and concludes that Tangshan Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.,Tangshan Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd.,Tangshan Guofeng Steel Co.,Ltd.,Shougang Beijing.The evaluation results of the supply chain coordination degree of the four companies are 4,4,3 and 2 respectively.The feasibility and applicability of the method is confirmed by the results.Finally,summarize and prospect the full text,and point out the shortcomings and further research direction of this paper.
