The gradually increase of the climate problem, especially the problem of global warming has attracted the attention of the world community. Since the second half of the 20 th century, more and more evidence shows that the current global warming is caused by the human increasing carbon emissions. Carbon reduction has become an important task for the sustainable development of human beings. Nowadays, the development mode of enterprises is developed separately, and its gradually transform into the overall development of the supply chain. Therefore, the carbon reduction of supply chain has become an inevitable trend. At present, the task of carbon emission reduction is mainly focused on how to achieve the carbon reduction of supply chain under the premise of supply chain collaboration.The paper is on the basis of relevant theoretical research, it designs the supply chain contract, researches the carbon reduction collaborative strategy of a two-stage supply chain which is consisting of a manufacturer and a distributor, and the carbon reduction and coordinated operation of supply chain will be realized.First of all, the common problems of supply chain coordination and the problems in this paper are summarized. On the basis of the comparison of different game theory methods, this paper studies the main use of Stackelberg Game method. Secondly, the carbon emission reduction in a two-stage supply chain coordination of decentralized decision-making game model and centralized decision optimization model were established under the carbon tax policy, the supply chain member enterprises’ profits and supply chain total profits of the supply chain carbon reduction before and after were compared, the influence of carbon reduction cost sharing contract and wholesale price discount contract on the supply chain collaboration strategy were studied. Finally, under the carbon emissions trading policy, the effect of carbon emission transferring contract and wholesale price discount contract of supply chain strategy for carbon reduction was discussed by building and analyzing the collaborative model, the optimal level of carbon reduction was sought under the different emissions trading.In the case of the wholesale price discount contract and the fixed demand, it has no direct impact on the supply chain member enterprises’ profits through modeling and examples numerical analysis. But manufacturer offers price discounts to distributor can promote cooperation between the enterprises of the supply chain, and the supply chain coordination was promoted. The cost sharing contract will not affect the optimal profit of manufacturer, distributor and the whole supply chain, because the cost of carbon emission reduction will be transferred to the wholesale price. Carbon emission rights transfer contract on the best profit of the manufacturer and the total supply chain profit. Centralized decision making is more favorable than the decentralized decision of the optimal decision value.
