In this work,1,8-diazabicycloundec-7-ene?DBU?as a catalyst was used to synthesize MTAPc,MPc?3-iso-PeO?MPc,4??OPh-t-Bu?MPc,MPhPc,MPc(OC10H14N)4 via a liquid phase method and MTCPc and biMTCPc were synthesized by the metheod of phthalic anhydride-urea solid phase?M:Co and Zn?.Meanwhile,all metal phthalocyanines were explored by UV spectroscopy and infrared spectroscopy and so on.Metal phthalocyanine based composite was developed with the supports of the carbon nanotubes,the attapulgite and the graphite by the ultrasonic impregnation method and the chemical grafting method.Finally,the catalytic activity of the metal phthalocyanine composite was evaluated by the photodegradation of MG?Malachite Green?under visible light irradiation,styrene oxidation to benzaldehyde and styrene oxide,and catalytic oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde.Metal phthalocyanine has a unique electron-delocalized macrocyclic conjugate structure,leading to its excellent catalytic performance.It was found that using the support for immobilization of phthalocyanine could improve the photocatalytic performance due to preventing the aggregation of phthalocyanine and increasing the catalytic active sites.In recent years,through the modification of the phthalocyanine molecule,the solubility of the phthalocyanine was greatly enhanced and the catalytic performance of the phthalocyanine could be adjusted at the same time.In this paper,the as-prepared metal phthalocyanine was immobilized on different supports by different methods to obtain high-performance metal phthalocyanine-based composites,which were applied to photodegradation of organic pollutants and chemical-catalyzed reactions of organic compound.The details were as follows:?1?The R-MPc-MWCNTs composites were synthesized by ultrasonic impregnation.With R-MPc-MWCNTs composites as catalysts for the catalytic oxidation of styrene,the catalytic efficiency was influence by changing central metal,substituents and reaction solvent.The catalytic mechanism of styrene oxidation has been proposed for the different substituted metal phthalocyanine-MWCNTs hybrid materials.?2?Metal phthalocyanine-based composites were prepared to use attapulgite,graphite and graphite oxide as the support for immobilization of phthalocyanine by ultrasonic impregnation.The as-prepared metal phthalocyanine-based composites were characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM,TEM,TGA,DRS and so on.At the same time,its catalytic properties including photocatalytic degradation of malachite green dye?MG?,the catalytic oxidation of styrene to benzaldehyde and styrene oxide,and the catalytic oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde were studied.The possible photocatalytic mechanism for the photodegradation of MG was discussed.The excellent activity is mainly attributed to its more effective separation of electron-hole pairs.?3?The acidified graphite was chlorinated with thionyl chloride,and the cobalt-phthalocyanine was grafted onto the surface of graphite by chemical grafting method to obtain CoTAPc-Gr composites.The CoTAPc-Gr composite was verifued by characterization methods of FTIR,XRD,DRS,TGA,SEM,TEM and Raman.The catalytic efficiency of styrene oxidation were investigated in various conditions,such as temperature,reaction time,catalyst amount and catalyst type,in order to find optimal reaction conditions for highest conversion and selectivity in catalytic oxidation of styrene.
