There are a lot of uncertain,fuzzy and random factors in the construction process of power transmission.These factors are serious threat to life safety.In order to promote the safety management level and find the future direction of safety management and provide scientific evaluation methods to related departments.This paper will research safety management of power transmission project.In this paper,we will take Xingtang 220 kV power transmission project as an example and use dissipative structure theory,set pair analysis theory and structure entropy theory to construct safety management evaluation model.The contents of this paper mainly include the following aspects: first,according to the existing research of some related theories,the paper review related literature.Second,the paper introduces to safety management theory,information entropy theory,Brusselator model and set pair analysis theory.Third,according to safety management current situation of Xingtang 220 kV power transmission project,the paper construct safety management evaluation index system which includes 14 positive entropy indexes and 6 negative entropy indexes.Four,structure entropy weight menthod is used to determine weights and set pair anlysis theory is used to evaluate safety level of Xingtang 220 kV power transmission project.Finally,taking Xingtang 220 kV power transmission project as an example to verify the method this paper proposed;the validation results show that the method is feasible and effective.
