Research on reliability theory of mine support system mainly proceeds based on problems existing in mine support. Its purpose is to increase reliability level of mine support system, decrease production capital, fulfill heavy production and high efficiency of mine. The design of mine support system should develop to the reliability design, in order to adapt to the series of "IS02394: 1998" and connect with "the design standard of engineering structure (GB50153-92)" after China's entry in WTO.This article mainly studies the reliability of mine support system, based on system engineering theory, emphasizes on the reliability theory and method of mine support system, the stability of "adjacent rock-support" and the index system guaranteeing mine supporting system's stable growth. Adopt entropy of information to set up models of reliability entropy and combination of the reliability theory, Utilizing "dissipation structure" theory to set up analysis model of "adjacent rock-support" system's stability; For the sake of improving the accuracy of compute, proceed indetermination mathematical identification of the classified method of the adjacent rock and load; evaluate the index system of mine support system's reliability. This article primarily precedes the following study:(1) The complicated research of "adjacent rock-support" systemThis part analysis and studies main factors that influence the reliability of the system, identifies "adjacent rock-support" system is a big complicated system, utilize "dissipative structure" theory to study the stability of "adjacent rock-support" system ,in the view of macroscopic system, preliminarily set up analysis model of "adjacent rock-support" system stability and decide identify condition of "adjacent rock-support" system stability.(2 ) The entropy description research of mine supporting systemSystematically analysize present research situation of mine support system reliability, discuss the problems brought out when study the reliability of mine support system in use of structure reliability theory, set up limited state assignment of mine support system. Mine support reliability is studied by using the principle, "informationentropy" is uncertainty of system, set up reliable entropy theory of mine support system and analytical method of entropy function of reliability measure.Reliable entropy is the measure of average reliability; entropy function of reliability measure connects engineering design with the information of execution stage, to improve the design level of mine support reliability.(3) The research of indeterminacy mathematical model of adjacent rock sorting and load recognizationAccording to present features, many theory models of adjacent rock sorting and roof pressure effect on support system reliability, study how to utilize information from kinds of adjacent rock sorting and load models, develop advantages of each theory and method. For the sake of improve the accuracy of calculation; make use of the "indetermination" mathematical theory to recognize the sorting designs of adjacent rock and roof pressure.(4) The ensuring system research of support system reliabilityThe key to stable growth of support system is control and enforcing in production process. Study the index system, which effects stable growth of reliability, then make use of "set-pair analysis" theory to evaluate and analysize ensuring system.
