Aromatic rhenium??? complexes are a kind of extremely stable metal complexes with certain biological activity and can be used as candidates for anticancer drugs. In this paper, the design and synthesis, structural characterization and biological evaluation of four new nitro-Schiff base arene-ruthenium???complexes are described.By coordinating the substitution rule,a chemical compound containing a nitro group is synthesized into a Schiff base, which is then reacted with two kinds of metal ruthenium???to form four kinds of ruthenium???complexes containing nitro-Schiff base aromatic hydrocarbon,Through various physical and chemical techniques, namely elemental analysis,spectroscopy(1HNMR,13CNMR,IR,UV/vis),electrochemical studies(cyclic voltammetry?CV?and single crystal structure analysis?X-Ray?Structure Characterization.By using ultraviolet?fluorescence spectra and electrochemical analysis methods, the model and intensity of the combination of these four ruthenium???complexes with CT-DNA were studied,And preliminary explorate of the photosensitivity of the four complexes. The results of the following ultraviolet?fluorescence spectra showed that, under the weakly alkaline experimental conditions, the interaction of the nitro-schiff base ruthenium???complexes C1-3 with the CT-DNA were mainly in electrostatic mode,C4 is mainly in coordination of electrostatic and insertion, and the intensity of the nitro-schiff base containing halogen is stronger than the schiff base without halogen. The results of cyclic voltammetry showed that under the weakly alkaline conditions, the binding mode of the complexes with CT-DNA was mainly electrostatic mode, and the system showed weaker adsorption on the electrode surface. In addition,UV spectroscopy also showed that the four complexes exhibit a certain degree of photosensitivity, which facilitates in-depth exploration of the anti-cancer effects of phototherapy. In this paper,a number of studies have been conducted on the interaction modes and photosensitivity properties of four newly designed and synthesized nitro-schiff base???complexes with DNA,and experimental data have been provided. The role of DNA in the model for future generations of aryl ruthenium anticancer drugs to provide experimental basis for the design and synthesis.
