SCF combined fatliquoring agent is a traditional sulfosuccinate combined fatliquoring agent,which has been widely used in recent years.However,the synthesis of combined fatliquoring agent has undergone the technological steps,such as amidation,esterification and sulfitation,as a result,the molecules contain amide groups,ester bonds,carboxyl groups and hrdroxyl groups.Therefore,the fluidity of the fatliquoring agent is poor,the emulsification performance is poor,the light resistence is poor,and the stability is poor.The above problems can be solved through the selection of different types of long chain saturated fatty acids and the process conditions and process mixture.The main research can be divided into four parts:(1)Using palmic acid and glycerol as raw materials,the monoester of palmitic glycerol was obtained by esterification under the condition of vacuum distillation,and the optimum synthesis conditions of the process are determined by single factor experiment: the optimum molar ratio of palmitic acid to glycerol is 1.1:1,and the esterification reaction temperature is 135?.The content of p-toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst is 0.3% of the total mass of the system and the reaction time is 6 hours.The obtained palmitic acid monoglyceride was further esterified by second steps,and was explored by single factor experiments,the results showed that the best process conditions for the second step esterification reaction test are: Under the condition of vacuum distillation,the molar ratio of 12-hydroxyl stearic acid to monoglyceride palmitate is 1.1:1,the content of catalyst is 0.3% of the total mass of the system,the reaction temperature is 135 degrees,and the reaction time is 6.5 hours.The esterification rate of the final esterification product G-PA-HAS can reach more than ninety percent and the color is light brown,at last we characterised the raw materials and G-PA-HAS by FTIR.(2)With(1)in the preparation of G-PA-HAS as starting material,G-PA-HAS-SCF combined fatliquor was prepared by two steps of monoesterification of maleic anhydride and sulfonation of sodium sulfite.After several experiments,the best reaction conditions were determined as follows: The molar ratio of hydroxy maleic anhydride and maleic anhydride esterification of twelve hydroxy stearic acid and palmitic acid in diacylglycerol is 1:1.06,without catalyst,the reaction temperature is 95 ? and the reaction time is 3.5 hours.The molar ratio of maleic anhydride to sodium sulfite in the sulfonation reaction is 1:1.05,the reaction temperature is 80? and the reaction time is 3 hours.We finally get the G-PA-HAS combined fatliquoring agent,but the emulsifying properties,self stability and binding properties of the fatliquoring agent are not ideal,so we decided to explore the next step.(3)On the basis of the synthetic conditions of G-PA-HAS-SCF combined fatliquoring agent in(1)and(2),we are under the same experimental conditions,chosing two other kinds of long chain fatty acid raw materials: lauric acid and stearic acid,through esterification reaction,maleic anhydride mono esterification and sulfonation reaction,obtained G-PA-L-SCF and G-PA-S-SCF combined fatliquoring agents.After screening the physical and chemical properties and fatliquoring properties of the three combined fatliquoring,we finally determined that G-PA-HAS-SCF is the best combination fatliquoring agent,and we decided to use it in the next step.(4)Using G-PA-HAS-SCF fatliquoring agent made in(3)as starting material,and we selected castor oil,AC-1810,class 80,class 60,E-1306 and MOA-3 as mixed starting materials,then the physical and chemical properties and fatliquoring properties of the combined fatliquoring agents were investigated with eighteen groups of experiments on the ratio of 10%,20% and 30%.After screening and comparison,MOA-3 is selected as the best mixed material,and through further exploration,we determined the best combination of mixed raw materials: The mixture of G-PA-HAS-SCF and MOA-3 is used as the starting material of the reaction,and the mass of MOA-3 is 15% of the mass of G-PA-HAS-SCF.
