Hydraulic transmission technology has simple control and high degree of automation;stable operation,large speed range;the advantages of reversing easily,easy standardization,has been widely used in various fields of national defense industry,engineering machinery,agricultural machinery,automobile industry,textile industry,shipbuilding industry etc..In recent years,it has also been applied to such equipment as wave simulation system,abyss science,earthquake reappearance and universal environment simulation.In the continuous casting production line for steam piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder in the working environment of high humidity and high temperature adsorption in the hydraulic rod easily with the air in the SO2,H2 S,CO2,etc.gas forming a weak acid corrosion damage to the hydraulic cylinder rod;the vibration frequency of 4~6Hz action frequently prone to wear.Nitriding process is essentially a low temperature chemical heat treatment of ferrite.Because of its high wear resistance,hardness and good fatigue resistance,it is widely used in industry.The QPQ compound treatment to achieve effective nitriding process and oxidation process,as a short history of the metal surface strengthening technology,it is not only harmless to the environment,and metal processing has the advantages of high corrosion resistance,hardness and deformation etc..In this paper,the influence of QPQ process on the corrosion resistance of materials is studied.In this paper,45 steel,42 Cr Mo and 40 Cr were selected as test materials.The nitriding time,nitriding temperature and three different materials in QPQ process were grouped by orthogonal test.The microstructure of XRD ray diffraction and SEM analysis of samples were seen infiltrated layer as long as the sample components are basically the same,and not because of sample material,nitriding temperature and nitriding time of different new phase;friction and wear set parameters for the 500 g load,the wear depth of 2.606 60 min under the minimum depth of 1.384 seen that the significant factor is the same two schemes were followed by the size of C,A,B material properties,nitriding temperature and nitriding time;permeability and self repair ability layer declined;factors of material corrosion resistance effect the size of the order of C,A,B material properties,nitriding temperature and nitriding time.
