High pressure roller mill is a new type of high-efficiency crushing equipment,which is the mainstream of the development of “more crushing and less grinding” technology and “selective crushing” technology in the ore dressing industry at home and abroad.It has unit crushing energy consumption,low steel consumption,and large processing capacity.Equipment operation rate,small footprint and other characteristics.The high pressure roller mill implements the quasi-static pressure layer pulverization.The products pulverized by the high pressure roller mill have fine grain size,uniform distribution,and good mineral dissociation effect.Crushing the product can produce a large number of micro-cracks,which can effectively reduce the Bond ball mill work index,energy-saving effect is obvious.In this paper,Gongchangling magnetite ore is the object of study.Compared with the crushed characteristics of high pressure roller mill and jaw crusher,the properties of high pressure roller mill and jaw crusher on Gongchangling magnetite ore,product grinding characteristics,and grinding products are examined.Select the characteristics of the impact of the proposed high-pressure roller grinding and grinding combined magnetic separation process processing Gongchangling magnetite ore.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The product particle size distribution of the magnetite ore high pressure roller mill at a roll surface pressure of 4.5 N/mm2 and 5.5 N/mm2 is the most uniform,and the roll ball index of the high pressure roller mill has the largest reduction in the work index of the ball mill is 5.5 and 6.5.N/mm2,high pressure roller mill products in the case of coarse grinding energy-saving effect is more significant.The grinding speed of each grain grade of the high pressure roller mill product is higher than that of the jaw crushing product,and the grinding effect is better.(2)Suitable high pressure roller mill products have a fineness of-0.074 mm for 40% of the fineness of the grinding product,and a suitable fine-grained product with a fine grinding grade of-0.074 mm for 50%;suitable high pressure roller mills and crucibles The fineness of the secondary crushing zone is-0.074 mm which accounts for 85% of the fineness of the crushing secondary crushing zone,and the fineness of the fine crushing zone for the high pressure roller crushing and jaw crushing is-0.045 mm which accounts for 85%.(3)The suitable fine-mesh screen size is 0.050 mm,and the high pressure roller mill process yields 45.83% of the product obtained from the fine-mesh screen,the grade is 67.68%,and the recovery rate is 47.56%;the jaw crushing process obtains the fine screen.The operating yield of the sieved product was 45.49%,the grade was 67.66%,and the recovery rate was 46.48%.The yield,grade,and recovery rate of the high pressure roll milling process were 0.34%,0.02%,and 1.08% higher than the jaw crushing process,respectively.(4)Compared with the smashing and sorting process of jaw crusher,the smashing and sorting process of high pressure roller mill is similar to that of comprehensive concentrate,the yield is 0.52%,and the recovery rate is 0.92%.(5)The calculation results of the jaw crushing-ball milling process show that when the content of-0.074 mm in the grinding product accounts for 50%,the total energy consumption is 10.59 k W·h/t;the calculation result of the high pressure roller mill-ball milling process shows that : When the content of-0.074 mm in grinding product accounts for 50%,the total energy consumption is 6.82 k W·h/t.With the high pressure roller mill technology,the energy consumption can be reduced by 3.77 k W·h/t,and the energy saving is 35.60%.The research results of this dissertation reveal the differences of product characteristics and grinding properties of the crushed products under different comminution methods of magnetite ore,and the differences in the magnetic separation process indicators of grinding products under different comminution methods are studied.The research results provide technical support for the application of high pressure roller mills in the field of magnetite ore beneficiation.
