This topic in the research of a paper mill paper dyeing wastewater treatment,on the basis of analysis to Auramine O dye wastewater characteristics, taking cinder adsorption and coagulation,Fenton oxidation,Fe/C electrolysis is the best reaction conditions with certain conditions, developed a main content of Fe/C-Fenton oxidation-coal cinder-coagulation combination process of the dye wastewater treatment process, and through the test to get the best conditions of operation, then the design of the actual engineering matching a given operation parameters,to make waste water treatment can have lower operating costs, and to promote the efficiency of processing,to replace the original processing method.Obtain the following results:?1?The optimum reaction conditions for the degradation of Auramine O waste-water by iron/carbon micro electrolysis-Fenton oxidation combined process are as follows:pH value is 3,iron filing amount is 16.7g/L,iron/carbon mass ratio is 1/0.9,the iron carbon micro electrolysis reaction time is 120 minutes.Iron-carbon reaction water was used for Fenton oxidation reaction.H2O2 was added at a ratio of 0.84 mL/L,pH was controlled at pH 3,and the reaction was continued for 40 minutes. The best precipitation time after the reaction was 60 minutes.Under the optimal reaction conditions, the COD and chromaticity removal efficiency of the combined process was 89.03%and 93.11%,respectively,and the treatment effect was excellent.?2?The optimum reaction conditions of the coal residue adsorption-coagulation combination process are:the coal residue dosage is 12g/L,the PAC dosage is 10mg/L,and the adsorption time is 60 minutes.Under the determined conditions of adsorption and coagulation, the color removal rate was 60.45%.?3?In the study of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis-Fenton oxidation-coal adsorption-coagulation combined with Auramine O papermaking dyeing wastewater,it was found that the combination process is feasible, and achieved an ideal treatment effect. The actual wastewater COD removal rate reached 94.09%and the color removal rate reached 98.86%.Through the analysis of operating costs, the average treatment cost is3.06?/m3,and the effluent meets the requirements of the national“Discharge standard of water pollutants for pulp and paper industry”?GB3544-2008?.
