| With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization in our country and the continuous increase of energy consumption,the problem of urban environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent.In order to effectively solve the air pollution problem,first make a scientific assessment of the ambient air quality and carefully analyze the influencing factors of the ambient air quality.This objectively understands the current status of urban air pollution and effectively controls the air pollution.Significance.This article uses the monitoring data and meteorological data of SO2,NO2,CO,O3,PM10,and PM2.5 from the Baoding City Environmental Air Monitoring Station from 2013to 2015 as the basic materials for the study,and summarizes the basic situation of Baoding City in detail.The current status of ambient air quality and the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of various pollutants.The number of excellent days in 2016was 155 days,and the comprehensive index of ambient air quality was 9.05.In addition to the annual average value of sulfur dioxide in the six pollutants of the ambient air,the remaining projects did not reach the national secondary standards.From 2013 to 2015,the number of days with good air quality in Baoding’s urban areas increased year by year,and the number of heavily polluted and heavily polluted days decreased year by year.The comprehensive index of urban ambient air quality decreased year by year,and the air quality improved.According to the relevant requirements of Environmental Air Quality Assessment Technical Specifications(Trial)(HJ 663-2013)and Ambient Air Quality Standards(GB3095-2012),combined with the standard limits of WHO,EU,USA,Hong Kong and other countries The two-level standard in our country is expanded to a four-level evaluation standard.Comprehensive assessment of ambient air quality in Baoding City from 2013 to 2015 is conducted using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The principle of maximum degree of membership indicates that ambient air quality in Baoding City for the period 2013 to 2015 All belong to Class IV(medium to heavy pollution),and the ambient air quality is poor.The change in the degree of membership also indicates that particulate matter and ozone pollution were relatively serious from 2013 to 2015,but the pollution of particulates and ozone has improved since2014,which is in line with the conclusion of the change in the third year.Using the grey correlation analysis method,the factors affecting the ambient air quality were analyzed from aspects of meteorological factors,afforestation,economic and demographic factors.It is concluded that wind speed and precipitation have a greater impact on pollutants to a certain extent and can play a role of diffusion and dilution.However,no meteorological factor has a good correlation with pollutants.This also indicates that there are interactions between meteorological factors.Affect the concentration of pollutants in the ambient air;the rate of green land in the built-up areas,the emissions of key industrial enterprises,the energy consumption per unit of GDP,the urban population,and the vehicle population have a greater impact on the pollutants.Finally,combined with the analysis results from the urban coal-fired pollution control,strengthen mobile source control,improve the green area rate of built-up areas,control of dust pollution,and strengthen the source of life and other pollution control four aspects put forward to improve the environmental air quality in Baoding specific measures. |
