Mupirocin is a kind of ideal skin antimicrobial agents widely used.The target of this activity is the bacterial glutamyl-tRNA synthetase(AaRS),which can be inactived by binding to mupirocin in part similar to isoleucine in its chemical structure.However,like the vast majority of mupirocin,mupirocin resistance also faces serious problems.Persistent high concentration of mupirocin can cause decreased receptor sensitivity and bacterial resistance.In order to reasonable utilization and protection of mupirocin varieties,production and the diffusion of momentum must contain drug-resistant bacteria,and more intelligent drug delivery and intelligent drug delivery system of the research to address these needs become possible.Chitosan is a kind of natural macromolecule material,in controlled-release drug delivery systems,colon positioning system,nasal administration and protein polypeptide drug delivery system has broad application prospects.At present,a large number of studies have shown that chitosan,modified chitosan,chitosan and other polymer materials prepared by a new type of drug wrapped materials have good intelligent drug delivery characteristics.Considering to reduce the produce cycle of mupirocin resistant bacteria and reduce the side effects of the drug it is very urgent to design a practical intelligent drug delivery system.Based on the above background,we select chitosan as biological coating materials and the mupirocin intelligent drug delivery system of preparation and antibacterial properties of the research work: 1)by amidation reaction of chitosan with amino cyclic anhydride,carboxyl and unreacted chitosan structure is introduced in the formation of amphoteric amino ion electrolyte;the derivatization of chitosan as the coating material,the changes of pH were prepared by means of mupirocin/chitosan hydrogel,study the different pH conditions,mupirocin/release of chitosan hydrogel in mupirocin;2)in the presence of template compound,cross-linking reaction the chitosan,the removal of the template compound,obtained crosslinked chitosan with soft cavity structure;the cross-linked chitosan as coating material,Mupirocin prepared by physical adsorption process Star/chitosan hydrogel,presence of different molecular weight protein under the condition of Mupirocin release performance of mupirocin/chitosan hydrogel in mupirocin;3)to determine the antibacterial activity of two kinds of intelligent hydrogels by in vitro experiment.The results showed that two intelligent hydrogels exhibited good release properties and antibacterial properties under simulated changes in micro environment.
