Since lasers came out,it has been widely used in medical,measurement,military and material processing.However,after the high-energy short-pulse lasers had been emerged,precision optical instruments and human eyes are most likely to be damaged after being exposed to the laser light.Therefore,the study of nonlinear optical materials for the laser protection are given enough attention in order to protect the optoelectronic components and the human eyes.Moreover,the nonlinear optical materials can also be applied in the fields of optical information processing,laser frequency conversion,optical storage,and laser countermeasures.The nonlinear optical materials currently to be researched cannot be put into practical use,and most of research in the nonlinear optical materials have focused on their nonlinear optical properties in solution.In addition,there is a lot of room for improvement in response speed,visible light transmittance,and solid-state materials on the research of nonlinear optical materials.1.In this paper,the novel nonlinear optical materials are investigated based on gold nanoparticles and graphene.From the mechanism of the influence of nanoparticles on the properties of nonlinear optical materials,AuNPs/GO nanocomposite with different particle sizes and loading amounts were prepared by optimizing the experimental formulation,and their structures and morphologies were fully characterized.The nonlinear optical effects of AuNPs/GO composites at 532 nm have been significantly enhanced compared to GO,and the mechanisms include two-photon absorption,nonlinear scattering,etc.As the size of AuNPs increases,the photoinduced energy is transferred and the resultant scattering center will also increase,thus the incident laser light will be scattered more effectively.The suitable loading amount of AuNPs is 50%.2.After being stripped and modified by a chemical weathering method,AuNPs/graphene-like nanocomposite with suitable particle size and loading amount was prepared.AuNPs/graphene-like nanocomposites have good dispersibility in water when using POM?Mo132?as reducing agent.Compared to hydroxylated graphene-like materials,the nonlinear optical effects of AuNPs/graphene-like nanocomposites at 532 nm have been significantly enhanced.Since band gap of the disulfide is smaller than that of boron nitride,it has high carrier mobility and strong spin-orbit coupling and exhibit significant reverse-saturation absorption effects and nonlinear scattering.3.In order to maintain the visible light transmittance and practicality of solid materials,Au NPs/graphene-like/PVA solid film materials with a certain thickness were prepared by a casting film method.When exposed to the high energy laser,AuNPs/WS2 nanocomposites exhibit a significant reverse-saturation absorption effect,and a sharp decline in the transmittance,providing a new approach for the research of solid nonlinear optical materials.
