Heterocyclic phosphate compounds have good application prospects in the synthesis of new medicines,new pesticides,and new materials.The synthesis of phosphine-containing heterocyclic compounds with structural diversity has been a hot topic in organic synthesis.Aryl phosphonate and heterocyclic phosphonate compounds play a decisive role in pharmaceutical chemistry,organophosphorus pesticides,P-ligand chemistry,material chemistry,and organic synthesis.In recent years,research on the field of organophosphorus chemistry has been rapidly carried out.Organophosphorus compounds show their importance in many aspects and gradually became an independent branch of chemistry.For example,some nitrogen-containing phosphonate compounds have a great effect on crops and have been widely used in herbicides and fungicides.However,although the application of organic phosphonate compounds has been increasing year by year,there are still many drawbacks,such as high production cost,difficulty in post-processing,and environmental impact.In recent years,the synthesis of phosphonate compounds by means of a cost-effective,environmentally friendly method has attracted widespread attention from scientists.Therefore,this research group mainly studied the use of non-precious metal catalysts for the synthesis of phosphorus-containing heterocyclic compounds.Iodine-catalyzed synthesis of ?-phosphoramidites from triethylphosphites and imines.,using p-methylbenzaldehyde and p-Bromoaniline as the standard reactants,I quickly and efficiently converts to ?-phosphoramidite,and these compounds can efficiently transform to P-benzoxazines via a Mannich reaction.CuCl2 catalyzes the phosphorylation of benzofurans on zhe C-2 and C-3 positions to construct C-P bonds.This reaction does not require directing groups.When the C-2 position group is blocked,it can be directly phosphonated at the C-3 position,and has a yield of beyond moderate.This type of reaction providing a simple and efficient method for the synthesis of benzofurans containing phosphates on the C-2 and C-3 positions.
