This paper from the running of our country’s existing1441the index data, the sewage treatment plant by SPSS statistical software to deal with data in a variety of statistical method combined with uniform, including frequency analysis method, the single sample inspection, K-Means quick clustering method, frequency analysis and descriptive analysis, Kruskal-WallisH method (K-W inspection), regression analysis and multiple regression, multivariate principal component analysis, cross contingency table analysis, each water quality index, unit energy consumption of COD in sewage plant cut oxygen pollutant reduction power consumption, unit power consumption of water quality indexes such as processing, to study the internal relationship between the indexes, the impact energy consumption, unit COD reduce power consumption, consumption of unit pollutant cutting power consumption of the water quality indexes such as factor analysis, including the technology of sewage treatment plant, the design size, actual emission standard, the eia approval standards factor, calculated the related COD, unit energy consumption reduce power consumption, consumption of unit pollutant cutting power consumption of the water quality indexes such as theoretical reference range.Worth of energy consumption differences between regions, the differences in essence is the concentration of pollutant reduction, with the increase of the concentration of COD reduction, the unilateral water consumption increases, the unit of COD reduction of oxygen pollutant reduction power consumption, unit power consumption decreased. Power consumption increased with the increase of concentration of NH3-N cuts, the unilateral water, unit of COD reduction of oxygen pollutant reduction power consumption, unit power consumption are rising.The same process and the size of the sewage treatment plant, for effluent discharge level is different, unilateral water consumption of power consumption and unit pollutant reduction power consumption increases with emission levels increase, more than four process under different scale are all in this rule. Same process, the effluent standard, different sizes of sewage treatment plant, the bigger the scale, the less energy consumption.Four kinds of craft, feed size on three kinds of energy consumption correlation are negatively correlated; Water COD concentration of unilateral water consumption of power consumption and unit pollutant reduction power consumption are negatively correlated; Water BOD concentration of oxygen to the unit pollutant reduction power consumption were positively correlated; In addition to the activated sludge, cut power consumption of oxygen pollutant concentration of water NH3-N unit showed a negative correlation; Total phosphorus concentration on unilateral water consumption of power consumption and unit pollutant reduction power consumption are positively correlated.For different wastewater treatment processes, water BOD concentration of unilateral power consumption correlation has different performance:(1) the oxidation ditch process: water BOD concentration of unilateral power consumption.(2) A2/O process and SBR process:water BOD concentration of unilateral power consumption is related to water.(3) activated sludge process:water BOD concentration of unilateral water consumption is not relevant.Classified by technology, scale and water eia approval appraisal unilaterally cut power consumption of pollutants in water consumption and unit oxygen cross contingency table analysis, the appraisal method and the inspection interval is stricter. The unilateral water consumption is greater than0.375kWh/m3(accounted for22.3%of the total), evaluation scores; Unilateral water power consumption is less than0.166kWh/m3(accounted for35.7%of the total)10assessment; Unilateral water consumption in0.166kWh/m3and0.254kWh/m3examination6to10points (accounted for21.35%of the total); Unilateral water consumption in0.254kWh/m3and0.375kWh/m3(accounted for20.65%of the total)1to6points. In this way, a total of35.7%(+21.35%) factory57.05%qualified factory, more than6points.
