The superhydrophobic surface means that the static contact angle of the water droplet on its surface is greater than 150° and the rolling angle is less than 10°.In recent years, due to the excellent self-cleaning performance, hydrophobicity, oil hydrophobicity and low friction coefficient of superhydrophobic surface, superhydrophobic surface has aroused much attention.Through research, the scientists discovered that the hydrophobic properties of superhydrophobic surfaces are determined by their surface micro-nano composite structures and low surface energy substances.Although there are a variety of methods used to prepare superhydrophobic surfaces, these methods often have some disadvantages: complex preparation techniques, high cost of materials and equipment, unsuitable for large-scale industrial production, etc. This greatly limits the practical application of superhydrophobic surfaces. In this paper, the superhydrophobic surface was prepared by sol-gel method with simple preparation process and relatively low cost. The main contents are as follows:Silica-modified sol-gel was prepared under alkaline conditions using tetraethyl silicate and heptadecafluorodecyltrimethoxysilane as raw materials, and superhydrophobic self-cleaning was prepared by spin-coating thermosetting on glass substrates. The water contact angle reached 160°,and the rolling angle was extremely small. The sample has excellent hydrophobic properties, acid and alkali resistance and thermal stability. The superhydrophobic surface with high mechanical stability was prepared by adding ?-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propyltrimethoxysilane to the modified sol-gel.The transmittance of the glass sample in the wavelength range of 300-800 nm is about 70%-80%,and it still maintains good acid and alkali resistance.
