In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,the demand for liquefied natural gas as clean energy increases sharply,which increases its transportation volume.The road tanker as the best transport tool for transporting liquid goods is widely applied.Liquefied natural gas is a dangerous goods with low temperature,high pressure,inflammable and explosive characteristics.If there is a slight carelessness in transportation,accidents will cause bad effects to the society.Therefore,research on transportation safety of liquefied natural gas highway tanker is of great practical significance for reducing its transport accidents,improving transport efficiency and widely application and development of liquefied natural gas.The main contents of this paper are as the following aspects:First,starting from the structure of liquefied natural gas and chemical properties of highway transportation of liquefied natural gas tanker safety hazard analysis,liquefied natural gas and tanker itself,and analyzing the main factors affecting the transportation safety of liquefied natural gas tanker road from three aspects of human.Secondly,through the statistical analysis of liquefied natural gas tanker transportation accident occurred nearly five years on the road,the main types of accidents of liquefied natural gas tanker transportation highway is a natural gas leak,and the tank liquid flow and tank running state changes in the lateral and longitudinal stability reduce tanker rollover is the main lure causes of leakage.Thirdly,on the sloshing impact of liquid,the dynamic characteristics of the liquid in the tank of a liquefied natural gas tanker in the course of transportation are investigated.From the perspective of the theory of fluid dynamics,boundary conditions for the whole process analysis of the impact of the tank liquid sloshing in the tank in the process of the need of basic equations and solving the fluid dynamics satisfied;then the numerical simulation method and the Fluent simulation software and the solving process are introduced,it constructed the liquefied natural gas transportation tank simulation process of the numerical model.Finally,simulation of Tank Simulation of transportation of liquefied natural gas in the lateral impact of liquid sloshing on the acceleration and filling rate when the vehicle turns the different by Fluent software were analyzed,and then puts forward the relevant suggestions on the transportation safety theory.The simulation results show that: when the tank filling rate is constant,the lateral sloshing of liquid in tank on the impact of the steering acceleration(0.1g-0.5g)increases,but the overall stress in 0.5g direction to the side of the possibility of a larger,there may be side turn.When the steering acceleration is constant,the lateral impact force of tank sloshing on tank will increase with the increase of filling rate when filling rate is 0.6-0.85,while 0.85-0.9will decrease with the increase of filling rate.It can be seen that when the filling rate is between 0.85-0.9 and the steering acceleration of 0.1-0.4g,the safety of the tank car is relatively high when it turns.
