General Secretary Xi Jinping wrote for the first time in the report of the Party’s Nineteenth Congress "The idea of establishing and practicing green mountains and green mountains is the concept of Jinshan Yinshan" in the report of the Communist Party’s Congress of the Communist Party of China,and expressed in his statement"Consistent resource conservation and The basic national policy for protecting the environment is to be the ideology and basic strategy for the construction of a socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics in a new era.In recent years,the climate issue caused by carbon energy has gradually affected the lives of the people around the world,especially the abnormal rainstorms and high-temperature phenomena that have occurred in China,causing hundreds of deaths and billions of losses.The development experience of Western countries has shown that the development mode of "pre-pollution and after-governance" adopted during the industrialization period in developed countries will have a serious impact on the environment.Hebei Province cannot make the same mistakes.The development of a low-carbon economy has become Hebei’s response to global climate change and the realization of The important way and the inevitable choice of sustainable development are also important choices to promote the transformation of Hebei’s economic development mode.In order to understand the relationship between carbon energy and economic growth in Hebei Province,this paper selected the time series data of economic development and carbon dioxide emission in Hebei Province from 1996 to 2016.With reference to the research results of relevant scholars,we have learned the current situation of carbon dioxide emissions and The relationship between economic development.Then,the carbon energy,economic development,and carbon dioxide emissions in Hebei Province were analyzed one by one.The relationship between economic growth and carbon emissions was analyzed through Granger causality test and cointegration test,and was obtained using EViews 5.0 software.The error correction model was combined with the environmental Kuznets curve(EKC)to analyze and verify the model,which ensured the correctness and validity of the model.Through the correlation test and analysis of the sample data of Hebei’s economic development and carbon dioxide emissions,the growth status of Hebei’s economic development and carbon dioxide emissions is relatively balanced,with a stable long-term relationship,and economic development is leading to carbon dioxide emissions.The direct cause of development,but carbon dioxide is only a secondary cause of economic development.The economic development of Hebei Province has broken the sustainable development of the environment and caused the carbon dioxide content in the atmosphere to increase rapidly.Therefore,changing the economic results of Hebei Province can effectively control the emission of carbon dioxide.However,with the increase of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere,the ecological environment is destroyed,and it takes a lot of economic costs to solve environmental problems.At the same time,the increase in carbon dioxide cannot bring about economic growth,indicating that carbon dioxide has no direct influence on economic growth.Therefore,while ensuring economic development,it is also necessary to reduce carbon dioxide emissions,take the road to sustainable development,and change the energy consumption under current economic conditions.
