As the global warming problem gradually into the line of sight of people begging from 1980s,cause people's attention,a series of studies surrounding global warming and along with the continuously go deep into research,a large part of the pressure of global warming from burning fossil fuels,energy use as a symbol of human society progress,in today's play an important role in the process of economic development,but there are things are always two sides to everything,the use of energy is not exceptional also,in the economic prosperity at the same time,the excessive consumption of energy,are also threatening the survival of humans to the natural environment,energy,especially the burning of non-renewable energy release a large amount of harmful gas including C02,S02,03,and so on,these harmful gases,destroy the inherent nature of the ecological balance,cause the greenhouse effect is global warming,brings the serious destruction of ecological environment of nature,at the same time,the excessive emission of these gases endanger human body health.Fossil energy is an unrenewable resource.Reducing the emission of greenhouse gases such as C02 and S02 and improving the utilization efficiency of existing energy sources is becoming the focus of public attention.Before taking liaoning province as the research object,combined with the academic research,on this basis,through the research of the relationship between carbon dioxide emissions and economic growth of liaoning province as well as the factors that influence the carbon dioxide emissions in liaoning province to liaoning province in the future work of energy conservation and emissions reduction,optimize the industrial structure,improve energy consumption structure,healthy and sustainable development of the transition of the circular economy mode to provide certain theoretical basis and policy Suggestions.This paper to measure emissions of carbon dioxide in liaoning province,by measuring found that 30 years from 1986 to 1986,carbon emissions and energy consumption in liaoning province presents the growing trend,and the same change trend,the two basic then from the perspective of decoupling analysis,analysis of the relationship between carbon dioxide emissions and economic growth in liaoning province,it is concluded that in 30 years between carbon dioxide emissions and economic growth in liaoning province,most of the time in the condition of weak decoupling,namely in the process of economic growth from the increasingly serious environmental pressure is greater than the growth rate of economic growth,there are some years also show strong decoupling or dilated coupling state,the economic growth of liaoning province and the causal relationship between carbon dioxide emissions granger inspection,found that economic growth in liaoning province and one-way causal relationship between carbon emissions,namely carbon emissions growth promoting economic growth,but growth is not the reason why carbon emissions growth.To further study the influencing factors of carbon emissions in liaoning province,this paper USES LMDI index decomposition model to study the influence factors of carbon emissions in liaoning province,through the analysis of the logarithmic index,industrial structure,energy consumption structure,energy efficiency and growth,the factors affecting the carbon dioxide emissions in liaoning province.These factors,the industrial structure factor namely industry accounts for larger,the energy consumption of fossil fuels such as coal accounts for larger promote emissions of carbon dioxide in liaoning province,to enhance the efficiency of energy utilization of carbon dioxide emissions have the effect of inhibition.Finally,in this paper,based on the results of research,for liaoning province energy conservation and emissions reduction,and optimize the industrial structure,improve energy consumption structure,healthy and sustainable development of circular economy mode to provide theoretical reference and policy Suggestions.Compared with the existing research literature at home and abroad,the contribution of this paper lies in:in this paper,in reference to reference on the basis of previous research,innovation in research methods are:there is no pure decoupling analysis or just logarithmic index decomposition model to study relationship between carbon dioxide emissions and economic growth as well as the factors influencing the carbon dioxide emissions,but combining the two,taken together,first using the decoupling analysis method and the method of granger causality test,quantitative analysis of the relationship between economic growth and co2 emissions in liaoning province,and then to carbon dioxide logarithmic index decomposition model analysis,the factors which influence the emissions of carbon dioxide into six departments in liaoning province and 8 kinds of aggregation of the carbon emissions of energy,using two-phase logarithmic index decomposition method for liaoning province factor decomposition of carbon dioxide emissions;Second,the decoupling between the carbon dioxide emissions and economic growth and causal analysis,including the influence factors of carbon emissions mainly research in the field of countries and regions,there are few at the provincial level especially in liaoning province as the research object to study the relationship between carbon dioxide emissions and economic growth in liaoning province and the deep study of factors affecting co2 emissions in liaoning province,this article innovative in liaoning provincial level research as the breakthrough point,analysis the relationship between carbon emissions and economic growth in liaoning province,and analysis the influence factors of carbon emissions in liaoning province of liaoning province energy conservation and emissions reduction,optimize the industrial structure,improve energy consumption structure,realize the healthy,sustainable development of circular economy mode to provide theoretical reference and policy Suggestions.
