Three dimensional printing is known as the intelligent manufacturing technology of the fourth industrial revolution.In recent years,it has developed rapidly in the field of rapid manufacturing.The integration and optimization of furniture manufacturing and three-dimensional printing technology,exploring new development roads,seeking new materials and manufacturing means,can make continuous progress.For this purpose,this paper studies three-dimensional printing materials and printing methods of furniture models,and makes preliminary research and exploration for 1:1 furniture printing production in the future.The research content of this paper mainly includes two parts:first,the preparation of wood powder/polylactic acid composite wire is studied for the materials used in the three-dimensional printing technology of FDM.5wt%wood flour and polylactic acid were compounded,and the tensile properties,microstructure and thermal properties of the composite wire were studied.The results show that the wood flour/polylactic acid composite wire is suitable for FDM 3D printing application;two is to print the furniture product structure and modeling model by FDM 3D printing technology,and successfully print the structure model and modeling model of furniture products through the four steps of obtaining,converting,printing and post-processing of 3D data.The above research work shows that with the continuous development of three dimensional printing materials,printing equipment and printing technology,the printing of three-dimensional printed 1:1 furniture can be realized in the future.This not only changes the traditional manufacturing mode,but also changes the design idea and frees the imagination and creativity of designers.
