Environment is closely related to human life,with rapid development of industry,it can inevitably cause a harmful effect on the environment,it becomes the main factors restricting the sustainable development of society.In recent years,semiconductor photocatalytic technology has become one of the most important methods to solve environmental problems due to its high efficiency,energy saving and selectivity.TiO2 is most widely used semiconductor photocatalytic material at present,but due to its own defects,photogenic electron-hole has high composite rate,resulting in low quantum efficiency.Light response range is narrow,low solar energy utilization;The separation and circulation performance is poor,which restricts the application of TiO2.Using composite was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method of TiO2-graphene,study its catalytic properties,namely the research under the light source of xenon lamp of 10 mg/L the feasibility of the degradation of methylene blue,mainly discuss the graphene-the percentage of TiO2 composite graphene,illumination time,synthetic temperature and other factors on the degradation of methylene blue,the influence of to explore the optimum reaction conditions,and by XRD,SEM and other testing means for the preparation of the morphology of TiO2-graphene nano light catalyst,characterizing the structure and chemical composition,etc.The research results show that the synthesis temperature,compound ratio of TiO2-graphene composite photocatalyst has a certain influence,with the increase of proportion of compound,synthesis temperature,TiO2-graphene photocatalytic activity increased,the degradation of methylene blue efficiency also increases gradually.ZnO-TiO2 composites prepared by impregnation method,mainly discuss the ZnO-TiO2 composite proportion,illumination time,calcination temperature and preparation of ZnO-TiO2 on the degradation of methylene blue,find out the best reaction conditions,and their structure and chemical composition were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)and other testing means.The results show that the calcination temperature,compound proportion of ZnO-TiO2 have great effect on the catalytic activity of composite photocatalyst,with the increase of ZnO-TiO2 compound proportion and roasting temperature,photocatalytic activity of ZnO-TiO2 is increasing gradually,the degradation of methylene blue efficiency have been increased gradually.For the above reasons,the photocatalytic performance was compared by photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue solution by photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue solution by means of different materials such as TiO2 composite graphene and zinc oxide.Finally by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)characterization of the instruments such as the preparation of samples,observe its crystal structure,the micro appearance,and the mechanism of photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue solution were discussed.
