With the continuous development of the aerospace industry,the performance of aero-engines continues to increase.At the same time,the design of mechanical components on aero-engines is constantly being upgraded.As one of the most important core components of aero-engines,aero engine casings are constantly updated.The aero engine casing studied in this paper has complicated structure,large machining allowance,poor processing technology,and easy deformation.In order to control the machining deformation of thin-walled aluminum alloy casing parts,the aluminum alloy thin-wall machine is studied.The deformation characteristics of the crucible and the influence of the cutting parameters on its processing and deformation,and the design of the process plan,proceed from the actual production,and provide some help for the manufacturing process problems of the aero engine casing.First of all,the structure of the machine is analyzed,its difficulties in the actual production and processing,and the technical analysis of the machine parts for the machining difficulties are analyzed,and the deformation of the casing parts is easily affected during the machining of the casing.The factors are analyzed,and the impact of milling parameters on the machining accuracy in the machining process of the casing is also highlighted,and a method for improving the machining quality of the thin-wall casing is proposed.Secondly,in order to analyze the influence of milling parameters on the milling force during milling,this paper studies the mechanical basis of metal cutting and the classical mechanics model for analyzing the cutting force.It also introduces the improved model of the cutting force of the machine part and programming through MATLAB software.Analyze the influence of milling parameters on the milling force in the improved mechanical model.Then,numerical simulation of the machining of the casing material is performed.The importance of numerical simulation in the actual production is introduced.Then,a suitable numerical simulation software,ABAQUS,is selected according to the characteristics of the cutting process,and the key technologies in the milling process are modeled.Introduction,and then analyze the influence of milling parameters on milling force and milling temperature in 2D linear edge milling simulation.Finally,according to the actual production requirements,this paper analyzes the parts and components of the casing,and the necessary process conditions for the processing difficulties and the technical requirements of the casing include the selection of the NC programming software,the selection of the processing equipment,and the analysis of the process route and the selection of machining tools,and numerical control programming and post-processing of the casing and the generation of the NC code used by the machine tool based on the results of this study.
