Fully guarantee the safe and reliable operation of power supply and distribution system in coal mines,has been subject to national and social concerns,how to detect and eliminate potential safety problems is an urgent need to address the key issues.Due to the particularity and complexity of coal mine environment,resulting in multiple failures.If the relevant operator can't find out in time and reasonably and safely handle the fault,it will inevitably bring about even more serious losses.For operators to identify the type of fault,the extremely lack of experience in dealing with field failures and the limitations of the currently widely used training methods,as well as how to introduce the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology to the training of operator skills,comprehensive Improve the quality of training of operators.In view of the above problems,it is proposed that the relevant skills of operators should be trained in a combination of fault simulation and fault diagnosis,designed and developed a fault simulation and diagnosis system that can be used in the field environment.Expand the following work:Part 1: A detailed mechanistic analysis of different types of faults is carried out,and the conclusions of the mechanism analysis are verified by setting up a simulation model,which provides a theoretical basis for further research on fault simulation and fault diagnosis.Part 2: Firstly,through in-depth research of fault diagnosis technology combined with field environment,and in order to improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis,a fault diagnosis network model based on fuzzy neural network is established.Finally,by testing the fault diagnosis network model,the model can diagnose the type of fault more accurately and indicate the availability of the model.Part 3: Firstly,through detailed study and analysis of the overall design requirements and principles of fault simulation and diagnosis system,the overall architecture of the system is designed in detail and a fault simulation subsystem with four-layer communication mode is designed.Finally,actual field tests show that the fault simulation subsystem can simulate different types of faults more safely and reasonably,indicating the availability of fault simulation subsystems.Part 4: Firstly,from the perspective of technology implementation,the fault simulation subsystem and fault diagnosis subsystem are integrated,and the DDE protocol is used to realize the data exchange between the two.Finally,the fault simulation and diagnosis system is tested.From the simulated field data,each data is more in line with the characteristics of the changes when the fault occurs.From the diagnostic output data,the diagnostic results meet the expected results.At present,the system has been formally used in Xinjiang Coal Technical College,the school's students related skills training.The practical application shows that the fault simulation and diagnosis system can better improve students' ability of distinguishing fault types and dealing with on-site faults,and plays an important role in improving the students' related skills in an all-round way.
