With the rapid development of industrial automation and intelligence,the power equipment's malfunction and fault diagnosis complexity having been increased which provides energy during the production process.The traditional method of fault diagnosis is mainly depends on the skill level and work experience of maintenance crews,in low accuracy and efficiency which can't satisfy the modern enterprise.In this paper,the methods of time series prediction and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are applied into the power equipment's fault diagnosis.By studying the theories of BP neural network technology and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,a web-based fault diagnosis expert system for power equipment of cigarette factories is designed and implemented.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)To analyze the algorithm of time series prediction.Five types of prediction models including moving average method,exponential smoothing method,ARMA model,BP neural network and improved BP neural network were studied and analyzed,and the characteristics and implementation methods of various prediction models were analyzed.(2)To research on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Because of the imperfections in the first-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,a research based on the second-level comprehensive fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was carried out and a fault diagnosis case based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was designed.(3)To research the fault diagnosis of boiler and air compressor those are the key equipments in power system.Based on the equipment failure data,maintenance experience,working data and potential rules of the data,to provide a reasoning basis for fault diagnosis.(4)To design and implement a web-based fault diagnosis system that depended on the.NET development platform.Based on the.NET platform,according to the functional structure analysis of this system,designed and tested the user system and user interface of the fault diagnosis system.The experimental result show that the fault diagnosis system of the power equipment designed in this paper has high accuracy and could satisfy the actual requirements.
