As an important link in the process of mechanical manufacturing,metal sawing is widely used in various fields of machinery,automobile,shipbuilding,aerospace industry and other national economy fields because of its good adaptability of material,high production efficiency,etc.But during the metal sawing process,when the transverse vibration of bandsaw blade intensifies,it will lead to material loss,poor surface quality and dimensional accuracy of workpiece,and affect the processing efficiency.Therefore,to study the transverse vibration characteristics of metal saw blade and its suppression method is the key to solve the above problems.Aiming at the problem of transverse vibration and its suppression in sawing process of metal bandsaw blade,this dissertation put forward a new solution of surface texture innovatively,and the following research was mainly carried out:Firstly,the axial moving plate model was introduced to construct the transverse vibration model of metal bandsaw blade under no-load condition,and the transverse vibration characteristics of metal bandsaw blade under no-load condition were analyzed in detail.Secondly,the transverse load model of bandsaw blade in sawing process was established,and the transverse vibration characteristics of metal band saw blade under load were analyzed in detail.Then,the inhibition effect on the transverse vibration of bandsaw blade was analyzed based on the mechanism of dynamic pressure effect during the sawing process,and the textured bandsaw blade with different texture parameters was designed and fabricated based on the theoretical research.Finally,a sawing experiment platform of textured bandsaw blade was build,and the experimental study of transverse vibration characteristics in the sawing process of the textured bandsaw blade was carried out.The time domain and frequency domain characteristics on the lateral force of textured bandsaw blade were analyzed,and the inhibition effect on transverse vibration of surface texture during sawing process was discussed.The results showed that the surface texture on the metal bandsaw blade could effectively suppress the transverse vibration of the bandsaw blade in sawing process,and different size parameters of surface texture had different effects.It was mainly reflected in that the root mean square error of the lateral force was reduced by 38.22~48.42% in time domain,and the peak value of the lateral force signal reduced between 300~400Hz in the frequency domain compared with the ordinary bandsaw blade.In addition,the textures with the depth to diameter ratio ? = 0.01 showed the best inhibition effect on the transverse vibration of bandsaw blade in the designed experiment.
