With the continuous improvement of China's economic level,the production of sewage will also increase.For such a huge amount of sewage treatment,biological method is still the preferred method of economic efficiency.The biological treatment of wastewater treatment has many problems,such as poor nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency,large amount of excess sludge and difficult treatment.It is particularly notable now that people pay more attention to sewage discharge standard and sludge treatment.The SBBR method is used for pilot study of the effluent from the aeration and grit chamber of a water purification plant in G.The effluent quality is further improved and the sludge output is greatly reduced.The construction of a pilot SBBR reactor.Through the self design of reactor tank body,aeration system,inlet and outlet system,sludge discharge system,filling system and automatic control system,a pilot scale SBBR reactor with a volume of about 36 m3 was built.The SBBR reactor is started by hanging film.The inoculation method was used to start the membrane of SBBR reactor,and the starting effect was judged by three aspects:visual observation,removal of pollutants and microscopic examination of microorganism.After three weeks of biofilm operation,observed biofilm grew well,compact structure,stable morphology;detection of water quality,the removal rate of COD is 80%,the removal rate of NH3-N is 60%;the biological microscopy detection of bacteria,amoeba,Epistylis,didinium Paramecium,such as protozoa,nematodes,rotifers and other metazoan.At this point,it is considered that the SBBR reactor has been successfully launched.The effect of sewage treatment in SBBR reactor was studied.Water quality improvement,nutrition distribution balance,reduce energy consumption and other considerations to improve the operation process based on the SBBR reactor,the inlet(10min)-static(40min)-aeration(2.5h)-static(1h)-aeration(2.5h)-Sediment(1h)-effluent(10min)8h for a period of continuous operation.In August 24,2016?2017 January 4th,the pilot scale SBBR reactor was running stably.The average concentration of COD was 41.4 mg/L,the average concentration of TN was 5.29 mg/L,the average concentration of NH3-N was 1.32 mg/L,and the average concentration of TP was 0.9 mg/L.Under the condition of no chemical phosphorus removal,except for TP,other test indexes were better than those of the wastewater treatment plant,and reached the first level A standard of pollutant discharge standard for municipal wastewater treatment plants(GB18918-2002).Study on the effect of sludge reduction in SBBR process.During the stable operation of SBBR reactor,sludge discharge produced million tons of water to 1.4 tons(80%meter in wet sludge),comparison of water purification plant 3.4 tons(80%tons of wet sludge meter)water sludge discharge,pilot sludge emissions of SBBR reactor is only water purification sludge emissions reduction reached 58.8%.The SBBR technology with high sludge reduction effect,mature technology and strong fabrication will be one of the most promising sludge reduction technologies without affecting the quality of water treatment.
