All aspects of risk through financial activities,the steel industry occupies a very important position in the national economy,steel industry,once the financial risk,will bring great loss to national economy Therefore,the evaluation and control of financial risk has always been the most important part of financial risk management,and also must be paid attention to by enterprise management.In this paper,it is of great guiding significance and practical significance to select a representative case company in the steel industry to evaluate and prevent financial risks.This paper according to the ideas and steps of risk management theory,namely risk evaluation-financial financial risk financial risk identification,the comprehensive use of literature research method,case analysis,empirical analysis,financial index analysis,conducts the research from the following aspects:firstly,from the financing risk,investment risk,capital recovery the risk of these three aspects to identify the financial risk of Xining Special Steel Company.Then,including Xining Special Steel Company iron and steel industry in the 29 Sample Firms,according to the SASAC issued the "central enterprises comprehensive performance evaluation Interim Measures”and combined with the Xining Special Steel f their own financial risk status,financial indicators from the four aspects of operating capacity,solvency,profitability,growth and development ability to evaluate Xining Special Steel and comparison of Sample Firms financial risk,financial risk status using the factor analysis method to obtain financial industry ranking results and the evaluation and analysis of Xining special steel.Finally,from the three aspects of financial risk status classification corresponding to the proposed six Xining Special Steel financial risk risk prevention measures,namely,to broaden the financing channels to achieve the diversification of financing,reasonable collocation of short-and long-term debt to optimize capital structure,adjust the investment scale to control investment risk,optimization of the project layout and enhance the competitiveness of products to enhance the company the profitability of credit standards and to establish reasonable accounts receivable collection system and accelerate the push inventory strategy and strengthen inventory.Study on Xining Special Steel financial risk in this paper provide a reference for the analysis of the Xining Special Steel shareholders and creditors,suppliers and other stakeholders;the analysis process also has an important reference role for the iron and steel industry,iron and steel industry to improve the level of management is of great significance to the healthy and orderly development.
