Coal is one of China's main energy sources.The coal industry accounts for about 65% of China's primary energy production enterprises,providing a reliable energy guarantee for the long-term development of the national economy and society.At present,the stable development of coal enterprises has been affected by many factors,such as excessive consumption of resource reserves,the slump of the market economy,and national policy guidelines.The financial risks of coal enterprises are the combined performance of many factors.Therefore,how to accurately assess the risk of an enterprise and how to effectively control the occurrence of financial risks play an important role in the sustainable development of an enterprise.XH Coal Company is a traditional resource-based company.In recent years,with the downturn of the coal industry,the company has also faced a series of financial risks.Through literature research,this paper refines the research methods of domestic and foreign scholars on financial risk.Based on the analysis of specific data on XH's 2014-2018 financial statements,XH coal company's financial risks are mainly divided into financing risks,investment risks,and operational risks.And the four aspects of growth risk,using a combination of financial index analysis and analytic hierarchy process to establish a financial risk evaluation system for XH Company,using the efficacy coefficient method to develop scoring standards,scoring XH Company 's financial risk,and judging the financial risk level The financial risk problems faced by XH Company,combined with the scores of various indicators in the evaluation results,concluded that the risk degree of XH Company from 2016 to 2018 was in "great danger".Choose reasonable investment plan and perfect growth plan to propose improvement measures.I hope its improvement measures can help the company's management to strengthen the company's financial risk management,identify the company's financial risks as soon as possible,and then control it to reduce the possibility of financial crisis.
