Thin cold-rolled stainless steel ribbon in the heat treatment process,meet the technical difficult problem,insufficient cooling capacity in the past using fixed clamp type of accelerated cooling device by using the contact way of heat transfer in ease the problem,although contact friction characteristics of cooling,but due to the pressure plate type brings easy to scratch the product surface,friction loss,heat transfer effect is difficult to control.To solve these problems,this paper developed a thin flexible roller contact with cooling device,the device adopts the way of rolling contact heat transfer,by upper and lower internal cooled hollow roller sets of rolling contact heat transfer with thin belt,roller sets of circulating cooling water take away heat,thin strip to keep roller shell surface temperature within the range set.In this way,the cooling efficiency is improved,and a series of problems such as scratches and wear caused by sliding contact friction are solved.1.The experiment device of flexible roll accelerated cooling of conception,design and processing,manufacturing,installation,debugging,including the design of the flexible roller design,transmission device,the design of the control device design,the rack device,etc;Complete the structural design of all parts,the drawing of mechanical drawing,and complete the assembly and debugging,so that it has the experimental function.2.Using 304 stainless steel strip for the thickness of 0.2 mm,heated to 500 ? ~ 800 ? heat preservation 3 min,then the flexible roller accelerated cooling experiments.By comparing the results of air cooling test,the effect of the cooling device on the cooling efficiency of the thin belt was quantitatively analyzed.3.Through the mechanical properties testing and microstructure observation,such as the uniaxial tensile test,hardness test,metallographic organization,scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),contrast analysis of the flexible roller cooling and air cooling after the sample of tensile strength,yield strength,elongation and micro hardness,the influence of mechanism are analyzed from the viewpoint of microstructure.4.The experimental results show that the accelerated cooling device of the flexible roller has good thermal conductivity and avoids the disadvantages of pressure plate contact heat transfer,which is suitable for the accelerated cooling of thin stainless steel strip.This paper provides a new method to realize the rolling contact acceleration cooling of stainless steel strip.
