As three important special processing methods,ultrasonic machining,laser processing and water-jet processing have been widely used in aerospace,mechanical and electronic fields due to its unique advantages.With the rapid development of materials science,the single special processing method can hardly meet the needs of various processing and production,and the composite processing method will gradually become the main technology of processing and manufacturing.Ultrasonic vibration and jet assisted laser machining as a new type of composite machining method combines the advantages of the above three processing methods.The processing principle is: With the assistance of ultrasonic vibration in the vertical direction and jet impact at a certain angle during laser processing.The defects of the traditional laser processing have been overcome,such as the large heat affected zone and the more surface re casting layer on the machined surface.Laser utilization and machining surface quality are improved.However,the ultrasonic vibration and water-jet assisted laser processing system is still on the stage of research,and the selection of vibration measurement method,the selection of ultrasonic frequency and the design of the jet system still have corresponding problems.Based on the above,a set of ultrasonic vibration and jet assisted laser processing system was optimized and the reliability of the system was analyzed by experiments.The main work is as follows:(1)Combining relevant literature at home and abroad,the status quo of ultrasonic vibration assisted laser and water-jet assisted laser research are summarized.The insufficiencies in ultrasonic vibration system,jet system and displacement detection system are pointed out,and a set of ultrasonic vibration and water jet assisted laser is pointed out.Then a set of ultrasonic vibration and water-jet assisted laser processing system was designed.(2)The flexible hinge ultrasonic vibration plate was designed.In order to reduce the amplitude attenuation of the vibration plate,the original large elastic PVC plastic was replaced by a small elastic column.The system error was reduced because the bolted connection between the vibration box and the laser processing platform was added on the original basis.The physical model of ultrasonic vibration system was established by ANSYS Workbench,and the excitation frequency of transducer was determined by modal analysis.On the basis of this,the ultrasonic vibration plate harmonic response analysis was carried out.The analysis results show that the displacement of vibrating plate increases by three times and the amplitude value is 2.6um under the action of single transducer.The displacement of the flexible plate under the double transducer is also increased,and the amplitude reaches 4.8?m.(3)The traditional contact acceleration sensor measures the displacement of the program has been changed,the high-precision laser displacement sensor was selected to measure the amplitude of the vibration plate based on what principle of measuring the amount of movement using the sensor,the actual measurement process to bring the noise and phase shift and other errors were avoided.(4)The water jet auxiliary system was designed,and a jet flow scheme with multiple pressures was realized.The parameters affecting the motor speed were analyzed,and then the four water jet system schemes were designed and compared,Results the second scheme was selected as the optimal experimental scheme.The nozzle cavitation model wad simulated by using fluent software,and the optimal nozzle cone Angle was determined.Based on the above research,the nozzle impact simulation was carried out.The morphology of the two vibration plates was clearly reflected by the simulation results.(5)The composite process of cemented carbide and silicon nitride was tested by design system,and the applicability of the system was compared.
