In mid and late twentieth Century, with the development of automobile manufacturing technology, the number of cars increased rapidly in a short period of time. With the increasing amount of car ownership, the problem of the disposal of scrapped vehicles is gradually increasing, and the automobile dismantling industry arises at the historic moment. In the early days, the car was dismantled by hand. With the increasing of environmental pollution and shortage of resources, most of the countries have introduced various environmental laws and regulations. Accordingly, all walks of life began a new exploration of the concept of green sustainable development. The traditional automobile dismantling industry is facing a huge challenge and change, and the research of green dismantling concept is imperative.In the process of dismantling scrapped automobiles, the concept of disassembly is the basis of the research of the dismantling technology. After analyzing the basic structure and material of the automobile, this paper makes a deep analysis on the existing disassembly mode. Aiming at the disadvantages of the existing disassembly mode, a set of green disassembly concept is proposed.Under the guidance of the concept of green dismantling, combined with the actual situation of a green dismantling base in Hangzhou, a set of scientific and practical dismantling process is designed. In order to further improve the efficiency of disassembly, the concept of disassembly line is introduced. Through field disassembly test, the time spent in each dismantling process is measured. Taking into account the convenience and operability of the dismantling process, the various processes are reasonably organized. Thus, the time consumption of each process tends to be consistent, which can ensure the smooth operation of the production line, In order to adapt to the time fluctuation caused by the different automobile scrap, the flexible adjustment system is designed.In order to enable enterprises to adjust the vehicle dismantling process reasonably, the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation system based on quantitative analysis is designed. Based on the quantitative evaluation system, the green degree of automobile dismantling Enterprises can be evaluated from five aspects of economy, technology, resources, society and environmental protection, and the evaluation process is comprehensive and accurate.In the end, the concept of "green dismantling" of the scrap car is put into practice in the planning of a green dismantling base in Hangzhou. In the process of plant layout, environmental protection and energy saving program and information management program is designated. These programs together with the green dismantling program, constitute a scrap car green dismantling system to improve the dismantling efficiency of enterprises and the friendly nature of the environment.
