| This study analyses the bioactive compounds of tea flower and its extracts and evaluates its antibacterial and whitening effect.The liquid soap product is developed according to experiment results and market demand.Finally,orthogonal experiment combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to select the best formula of the product.The stability and antimicrobial effect of liquid soap sample were also measured.The main experimental results are as follows:1.The main components in tea flower extract are total sugar content 67.8%,amino acid 7.2%,tea polyphenol 10.2%,soluble protein 6.1%,flavonoid 1.8%and tea saponin 0.2%in tea flower extract.This study found that tea flower showed the antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.Tea flower extracts(TFE)had obvious antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.The minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of tea flower and its extract were 4.5 mg/mL and 9.0 mg/mL respectively.2.TFE,Tea saponin(TS),Tea polyphenols(TP95)and Epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)all had whitening effect through changing cell morphology,inhibiting cell proliferation and tyrosinase activity using mice B16 melanoma cells in vitro.The influence degree of five compounds on morphology changing and cytotoxicity of B16 melanoma cells was:TS>EGCG>TP95>VC>TFE,TS had the strongest,the cells mostly died when the concentration of TFE was more than 40 μg/mL.The IC50 of EGCG,TS and TP95 was between 80~120 μg/mL,TFE and Vc were 300 μg/mL.The results showed that the inhibition effect was the strongest of TFE on tyrosinase activity of a single cell,while VC was the lowest.Both TFE and VC had the equal inhibitive effect on the melanin formation at concentration of 200 μg/mL,whose inhibitive rate of melanin formation could arrive 57.33%,but inhibitive rate of TFE on melanin formation in a single cell was better than that of VC.3.The questionnaire results showed that the main influence factors of custom for detergent washing products are price,the clean,antibacterial and skin care effect.Tea flower extract has lower cost,obvious effect,simple extraction process and high extraction rate,which is a good natural resource for daily chemical products.4.According to the orthogonal experiment,the best formula of tea flower liquid soap was consisted of 10.0%Sodium Alcohol Ether Sulphate(AES),2.0%Coconutt Diethanol Amide(CDEA),0.9%tea flower extract,4.0%glycerol,0.07%tea saponin and 2.0%citric acid.The stability of product found:it is suitable for long-term at room temperature higher than 45℃ and lower than 4 ℃ temperature are not suitable for storage of liquid soap. |
