Dust pollution is one of the five major disaster that threaten mine safety production of coal mine,has been the key work of prevention and control of coal enterprises.In recent years,The producing dust capacity of coal mine has been increased with the improvement of mining technology and t mechanical automation degree continuously,the roadway of coal conveying belt second only to the mining working face is the most place of producing dust capacity,Seriously affect the physical and mental health of workers and the line of sight,but also bring potential explosion hazard.A lot of designing and layout for dust removal system or equipment is not reasonable,resulting in not obtain a good dust removing effect and dust concentration of stubbornly high,the main reason of which lies in the understanding of dust transport distribution is not clear.Therefore,to carry out the theoretical research on rules of coal conveyer belt roadway dust transport is of great significance to develop more effective dust control measures.In this paper,take the main incline shaft belt conveyer Roadway of Tongxin mine as background,based on the research of field investigation,laboratory experiment,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field verification,the mathematical model of gas solid two phase flow is selected on the basis of theoretical analysis of the dust force and motion diffusion model,optimizing the physical field parameters,establishing the 3D geometric model of belt conveyer and the division of grid computing with the help of COMSOL Mutiphysic software,and the influence on the law of the airflow parameters,the operation of the belt and coal amount change of dust raised,migration and diffusion are studied by numerical simulation.The results show that the higher the airflow speed and the smaller the viscosity,the faster the dust migration,and the more pollution,dust concentration increases with the increasing of the amplitude and the speed of the belt,and the coal amount changes and intermittent coal has a significant impact on the dust movement and concentration distribution.Based on the research conclusion,putting forwards administering thinking of increasing belt width and decreasing amplitude and adopting multi sensor and automatic monitoring system.
