With the development of science and technology and the need of modern production,mine machinery to the direction of large-scale,intelligent,unmanned,multi-functional development,and tunnel mechanization comprehensive tunneling is an important direction of the development of coal machine technology.Compared with the rapid development of coal mining mechanization,the development speed of roadway tunneling mechanization is relatively slow.The integrated technology of anchor excavation is through the integrated design of tunneling equipment,anchor rod rig and temporary support device,so that the unit can complete rock cutting,slag loading process,and has the function of drilling and installation of anchor rod,and can achieve timely support after cutting,greatly improving the overall function of the boring machine.During the tunneling working face of the comprehensive excavator in the roadway,the tunneling machine header and rock collision and friction will cause a large amount of dust at the working surface.Too high dust concentration will seriously affect the life span of the machinery and equipment,the safety of the construction environment and the health of the staff.In order to solve the problem of dust hazard,the paper takes the excavation surface of 88 transportation lane in Zhuxianzhuang mine construction area.The main work is as follows:(1)Based on the actual situation of tunneling tunnel,based on the dust properties and hydrodynamics,GAMBIT geometric model and grid,using FLUENT software for numerical simulation,simulated the distance between air inlet and working surface and the change of flow field and dust concentration under different ventilation parameters,analyzed the dust removal effect and obtained effective ventilation parameters.(2)Through the extreme analysis of the 3-factor 4 horizontal orthogonal test,the distance of the pumping cylinder to the working surface,the optimal combination of ventilation parameters was obtained.(3)Comparative analysis of measured and simulated values found that high dust concentration was close to the working surface,and far away from the working surface was low and stable.(4)According to the optimization results of ventilation system,the dust proof water curtain model is established,and the change of dust concentration of installing dust proof water curtain and its dust removal effect are analyzed.Based on the basis of previous theory,the paper studied the dust operation law and dust removal effect,which reduce the influence of rock lane excavation dust and promote the development of mechanized construction technology in coal industry.Figure[36]Table[12]Reference[60]...
