China is a big demanding country for coal in the world today.The use of coal energy accounts for nearly 60%of all energy use in China.The utilization of coal energy is one of the important factors for China's economic development.Along with the power industry of China experienced rapid production construction boom in the late twentieth century and early twenty-first century,the national coal market gradually appeared in short supply in the past ten years,Coal-fired power plants are no longer able to continue operating in accordance with the original design coal,The actual coal-fired scheme of some coal-fired power plants changed with coal,result in SO2 and other pollutants often exceed the original design value At the same time,the State Ministry of environmental protection?Ministry of environmental protection?regulations,environmental protection policy and supervision are increasingly strict.Therefore,in order to ensure the completion of the national emission standards for flue gas parameters and meet the requirements of the electric power enterprises'compliance operation,taking into account the economy of the desulfurization and denitrification of the power plants,the desulfurization facilities of the relevant power plants must be improved and rebuilt.At present,many power plants in China have completed the project of desulfurization and capacity expansion.According to the field data,it is found that the SO2 emissions and desulfurization emission parameters of coal-fired power plants have been significantly reduced after reformation,and the desulfurization efficiency has been greatly improved.It can be explained that the modification of compatibilization and desulphurization have obvious effect on reducing sulfur emission.In this paper,a power plant 2*350MW supercritical heating rehabilitation unit of flue gas desulfurization gypsum as template for wet desulfurization technology of the power plant using limestone were analyzed.In the view of the current domestic popular transformation,and based on the full investigation and demonstration of the power plant,decided to adopt the double absorption tower combined treatment scheme,this scheme also be known as the"Twin Towers series"scheme.An auxiliary tower is added on the basis of the desulfurization system.Two absorption towers are used to treat the flue gas in series to meet the requirements for reducing sulfur dioxide emissions.Aiming at flue gas,induced draft fan,SO2 absorption system and primary and secondary absorption towers put forward the corresponding improvement scheme,and the simulation technology of absorption tower internal flow field was simulated by CFD numerical simulation,and the simulation results show that when there is no spray in the absorption system,the flow field in the tower is extremely uneven,and the flow field distribution after the demister is relatively improved;After spraying,the velocity distribution of flue gas in the absorption system is significantly uniform,and when different spray layers are introduced,the distribution and pressure distribution in the absorption tower are significantly different,When 100%BMCR is introduced into the 2-layer spray system,the airflow distribution effect is ideal,and satisfy the requirements of uniform distribution of airflow in absorber towers;Compared to 70%BMCR is introduced,the pressure drop of 100%BMCR is about 300Pa higher than that of 70%BMCR.After100%BMCR is introduced into 3 layers of spray,the pressure drop in the tower reaches about 1420Pa.The transformation scheme and simulation results provide some reference andoperationadjustmentexperienceforthefuturedesulphurizationand compatibilization project.Through the performance assessment test of the reformed twin-tower series system,it is verified that the new secondary tower flow field and pressure field in the desulfurization twin-tower series system can meet the performance requirements,and the desulfurization efficiency of the twin-tower series system is high and can meet the country's latest environmental emission standards.
