Research On Waste Heat Utilization Of Flue Gas Of 660MW Unit In Wei Jiamao Power Plant

In the heat loss of the boiler in power station,most of the heat is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust of the boiler.The heat loss of boiler exhaust is great,and the potential of heat recovery is very great.With the new technology and equipment,the recovery and utilization of exhaust heat from smoke can effectively reduce coal consumption of coal-fired power plants.The application of low temperature economizer can effectively recover the waste heat of exhaust smoke,and then reduce the cost of power generation,and realize the optimization of the operation of the unit.In order to better calculate the system of waste heat utilization,this paper first introduces the calculation formula of heat transfer performance of low temperature economizer and the mathematical model of waste heat utilization system.Then introduced the flue gas waste heat utilization system scheme,the scheme is used in a low temperature economizer and air heater combined effect of low temperature economizer is arranged between the fan and the desulfurization tower,the exhaust gas temperature is 95 DEG C;the second program using low temperature economizer and air heater combined with low temperature economizer disposed between the air preheater and the dust collector,the exhaust gas temperature is 110 DEG C;scheme three is only a single low temperature economizer,the flue gas temperature is reduced to 95 DEG C.Finally,by using the mathematical model of the waste heat utilization system,the thermal economy,environmental benefit and technical economy of the three schemes are compared and analyzed.The research results show that: the investment of plan two is small,the first one has the largest profit,and the dynamic recovery period of program one is the shortest,so we can see that plan 1 has certain advantages in the three schemes.Under the current state policy and energy status,priority is given to the project one to make use of waste heat.
