For most people,the increased proportion of time in indoor activities is an irreversible trend in social development,and mould contamination is an important factor in the health and word efficiency of indoor personnel.Therefore,the control of indoor mould contamination is increasingly receiving attention.On the other hand,the diversity of the external environment of the building,the increasing variety of building construction forms,structural materials,decoration materials,and facility materials,as well as the increasing variety of building functions and operating modes,also result in the complexity of influence factors and the uncertainty of control methods in mould contamination.The research targeted on influence factors and control methods of mould contamination is significant to improve indoor air quality and protect people's health.In this dissertation,the influence factors and control methods of indoor mould contamination in typical residence in Hengyang were surveyed and analyzed,the main researches contented:1)The questionnaire for residential mould contamination in Hengyang was conducted,and the influence of building construction,material,operation and maintenance to indoor mould contamination were analyzed.2)The air spore concentration and indoor climate environment in the chose residential buildings in Hengyang were measured,the correlation between indoor mould contamination and indoor climate environment,residence characteristics were analyzed.3)The mould contamination extent on typical residential wall in Hengyang was simulated and assessed,and the annual temperature and relative humidity variation of exterior wall caused by outdoor climate,location difference,building construction and building operation were analyzed.4)According to the results of questionnaire,measure and simulation,a series of control strategies for mold contamination targeted typical residence environment in Hengyang were proposed,.
